Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Roswell

Wonderful place to stay! Everything you need and more. Very helpful for us travelers that need last minute place to stay. Best place we found on our trip! Will definitely use her again!

Very close to the heart of Roswell. I came on a business trip, and Josh’s place was very convenient and close to run my errands.

It was a quiet unit and very walkable to downtown. Loved the king sized bed and spacious loft.

I always love staying at Tessa’s properties while in Roswell. They are squeaky clean, great location, great home feel. Tessa is also an excellent host and always kind. I will gladly return again for my next stay!

Great place to stay in Roswell, very close to Main St and all its attractions and restaurants. The house is clean and the kitchen very equipped. Elaine is very detailed oriented and surprised us with small favors. It’s important to notice the absence of TV and Wi-Fi, which is mentioned in the description of the place and it’s perfect to disconnect for few days. The access was easy and instructions were clear.

Brenda is great host and if the opportunity arises to visit again, we will look to stay at one of her properties first! We went with the expectation that we were staying in a historic home and expected some idiosyncrasies, which allowed us to really enjoy our stay. We were thrilled with the amount of space that accommodated our party of seven very well! We also appreciated the well-stocked kitchen which allowed us to make a nice family meal to celebrate a birthday. One thing that would possibly be helpful for future guests would be to label the light switches with a printable label maker. There are a lot of rooms/light switches and having them labeled would take away some of the time spent guessing and flipping switches. Thank you for your hospitality! We made so many great memories in Roswell! (Oh, and everyone really enjoyed the hot tub!)

We really enjoyed our stay at Brynn’s place!The house felt like a lovely oasis in the bright, beautiful desert. If you’re in Roswell, we definitely recommend a stay.

It’s a cozy house near downtown and a nice park. A couple of things about the listing, the bedrooms and bathroom is upstairs. The stairs are on the narrow side and steep. Finally the upstairs has creaky floors and may disturb light sleepers. It is nice little place in Roswell.
