Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

In the new apartment, everyone will find their time out and relaxation. The popular Franconian Lake District, the Altmühl Valley and Franconian Switzerland are in the surrounding area. These invite you to hike, climb and relax and a city stroll to Nuremberg is also possible. An open beautiful barbecue area in the garden ensures cozy evenings. Büchenbach has lots of nature, forests, meadows, a nice village life and some playgrounds, especially for families on vacation.

Newly renovated 2-room apartment in Hilpoltstein – modern, quiet and perfect for families, couples, sports enthusiasts and of course all triathletes who want to complete the Challenge Roth route. Bright rooms and a top location near Rothsee and the old town. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. Bicycle and hiking trails start right outside the door. Shopping and gastronomy are easily accessible.

Spend the night in the old wood warehouse of the carpenter's shop. The guest house can accommodate up to 7 people. In the old carpentry shop there is now a tasting room, which is available as a lounge during your visit. You are also welcome to book a tasting (wine, whiskey, beer, etc.) or a culinary journey. More information is available by phone. There is also a shared terrace and garden on the property. A playground is directly adjacent to the garden.

There are two rooms suitable for four people plus a toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed, a large sofa bed and a single bed in the 2nd room. A travel cot for a toddler can be provided. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace, which leads to the self-contained flat, invites you to linger comfortably. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian lake country are very close.

Nevertheless, it is heavenly quiet and green. Enjoy the proximity to the castle, all the sights of the old town and of course the traditional Christmas market.

Our house is in the south of Nuremberg. The flat is on the 2nd floor. Parking is available free of charge in front of the house. Our flat is for 4 guests. On request, a couch for a 5th guest can be added. Extra fee 20€, to be paid on site. We offer a breakfast on request for 9.-€ per person in the morning between 7-9h, but not vegan. This can only be booked on the day of arrival.
