We "ZurMelberi" live in the recreational area "Franconian Lake District." If you like it quiet and yet want to reach the lake landscape quickly, you have come to the right place. Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

In the middle of Schwabach in the historic town house

The listed townhouse from the early 16th century. century was and is still lovingly restored. Particular emphasis was placed on ecological building materials (wooden floor, lime plaster, clay plaster in the bathroom), so that the accommodation is very suitable for people who want to sleep healthily. These invite you to hike, climb and relax and a city stroll to Nuremberg is also possible. An open beautiful barbecue location in the garden ensures cozy evenings. One-room vacation home "Rosenblüte" Hilpoltst.

The massive garden cottage is an independent small accommodation [approx. 19 sqm], close to nature in our garden behind our house, with toilet and sink for up to 3 people; no shower, no kitchen! Kettle, instant coffee and various teas available. Baby travel cot available on request. We rent two more guest rooms in the house. There is a guest bathroom. Hilpoltstein is a small town near the Rothsee in the Franconian Lake District.
