Welcome to Lily and Greg's place. We have a self contained, upstairs apartment in a quiet location, just off the main street at the Southern entry to Rotorua. Enjoy the warm Lockwood style accommodation which has a queen size bed in the main living area and a bedroom with bunks. The open plan offers kitchen with a cook top, microwave and portable oven. A washing machine is available for guests. City centre is 2km and forest mountain bike tracks within 1km. We have a lock-up for your bikes.

The Cabin - Fantail Grove, Hamurana, Rotorua.

The Cabin is located at Hamurana, in a 2 acre garden setting 350m from Lake Rotorua. Located 120 m from the owners house and is completely private. All around are Sugar Maples with ferns and native plants underneath which attract the fantails. Purpose built and architecturally designed in 2019 as a holiday retreat using passive home guidelines. The cabin is a 15 minute drive from Rotorua CBD, close to all tourist attractions while allowing you the peace and quiet of a luxury retreat.

Kotare Lakeside Studio Apartment

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. Right on the edge of the beautiful lake Rotoiti. Relax to the sound of the lapping waves and native bird song. Bifold doors open onto your private deck right by the waters edge. Park your boat/jet ski on the jetty ready for your next adventure AND you can even bring your fur child with you. You’ll love my place because of its holiday house feel, the location and lush garden. My place is ideal for mountainbikers, couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). And there's the added bonus of my fresh bread and coffee beans each morning. Discounts for > 2 day stays, and no cleaning fee

This architecturally designed bach enjoys a private sunny aspect, with stunning views across Lake Rotoiti. It is located in a quiet street surrounded by trees. Enjoy a soak in the outdoor cedar bathtub while overlooking Rotorua. A 5 minute pedal will have you in the forest, connecting to the forest loop. Local cafes and pubs are only a couple minutes drive down the hill with the CBD a 10 minute drive.
