Here, you'll hear nothing but the chirping of birds and the gentle lowing of our Galloway cattle. Perfect for switching off, taking a deep breath and leaving everyday life behind you.

Quiet Room in the Green near Salzburg

It is very quiet, sunny + green here. The room is on the ground floor and small, barrier-free. It has 1 sofa bed (160 x 200) for 2 people. 1 more person could sleep on a very good mattress. Shower/toilet is for guests only. Own entrance with key is also available. The office equipment with PC, fax, printer, etc. can be used. On request, I will be happy to make breakfast, then you tell me what you want to eat + drink. There is no kitchen, but there is one on the 1st floor that can be used.

Plenty of space to play and romp around. In winter, the Chiemgau ski areas are not far away (approx. 25 km). Ice skating on natural ice at Seeoner See and at Chiemsee possible depending on the weather. Winter hikes directly from our farm. Shopping facilities approx. 2 km away.

The tiny house "Unser Großer Tiny House" is located in Mayrhof and impresses guests with its view of the mountain. The 48 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, a fan as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot can be provided.

Small 2-room apartment in a floral ambiance

My place is close to Schärding/St. Florian am Inn and Ort im Innkreis. It is ideal for a person who, for short-term professional work at a nearby company. In my 200 m² house you have your own area, which consists of 2 rooms, a bathroom and your own terrace. The house impresses with its location in the rural idyll and a beautiful and lovingly maintained garden. The apartment is located just 5 minutes from the A8 // A3 highway.

The room is located on the 1st floor, is due to the hillside location of the house, however, from the entrance to the 1st basement from the conservatory there is a magnificent view over the Spa park and the surrounding area. The conservatory is particularly cozy and invites you to Linger in. Amenities include free WiFi, a bedroom with Double bed, the conservatory living room as well as a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.

Schärding and Passau can be reached in a few minutes by car.
