ÜbermAlztal Chalet Holiday Apartment

The newly built chalet with a furnished balcony and wood-burning stove has recently been made available to holiday guests in the Kipnick holiday home. The chalet, furnished in a contemporary, modern style, promises luxury and comfort in the midst of the green oasis of the architecturally masterfully landscaped garden in the Kipnick holiday home. The highlight is the large bathtub with whirlpool function in the living area. In this environment with a noble flair, relaxation and deceleration are guaranteed on holiday.

Quiet Room in the Green near Salzburg

Es ist hier sehr ruhig, sonnig + grün. Das Zimmer ist im EG und klein, barrierefrei. Es hat 1 Schlafsofa (160x200) für 2 Pers. 1 weitere Person könnte auf einer sehr guten Matratze schlafen. Dusche/WC ist nur für Gäste. Eigener Eingang mit Schlüssel ist ebenso vorhanden. Die Büroeinrichtung mit PC, Fax, Drucker ... kann benützt werden. Auf Wunsch mache ich gerne Frühstück, ihr sagt mir dann, was ihr alles essen + trinken wollt. Es gibt keine Küche, aber eine im1. Stock, die benützt werden kann.

Das historische Gasthaus mit einem Kellergewölbe aus dem 16. Jahrhundert befindet sich in der Dorfmitte von Fridolfing neben dem Rathaus und der Kirche. Nach umfangreicher Renovierung wurde dieses Schmuckstück im Januar 2015 wieder eröffnet und entwickelt sich zu einem Treffpunkt für Kultur und Kulinarik. Liebevoll bis ins Detail wurden die Gaststuben und die fünf Gästezimmer mit modernen Bädern eingerichtet. Für die Hausgäste steht eine große Dachterrasse mit schönem Ausblick zur Verfügung.

Farm in a secluded location, directly on the Alz with its own bathing jetty. Garden house with outdoor seating and barbecue. Playground with equipment available, large trampoline. Plenty of space to play and romp around. In winter, the Chiemgau ski areas are not far away (approx. 25 km). Ice skating on natural ice at Seeoner See and at Chiemsee possible depending on the weather. Winter hikes directly from our farm. Shopping facilities approx. 2 km away.

Our big one - tiny house

The tiny house "Unser Großer Tiny House" is located in Mayrhof and impresses guests with its view of the mountain. The 48 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, a fan as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot can be provided.

Double room 2 with conservatory (Pension Tauscher)

Das Zimmer befindet sich im 1. Obergeschoss, ist aufgrund der Hanglage des Hauses jedoch vom Eingang aus im 1. Untergeschoss zu erreichen. Vom Wintergarten aus bietet sich ein herrlicher Ausblick über den Kurpark und die Umgebung. Der Wintergarten ist besonders gemütlich und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Zur Ausstattung gehören kostenloses WLAN, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, das Wintergarten-Wohnzimmer sowie ein Bad mit Dusche, WC und Bidet.

My garden offers a cozy terrace with fireplace and solar shower. From the house you can walk through the forest and to the nearby horse farm. Schärding and Passau can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Es ist auch möglich diese Zimmer mit einem Zustellbett zu ergänzen. Die geräumigen Badezimmer sind mit Dusche, WC und Waschbecken ausgestattet. In der kalten Jahreszeit wird durch die Fußbodenheizung ein angenehmes Raumklima gewährleistet.
