Around our quiet village of St. Sebastian (Carinthia), many routes and paths invite you to hike to the neighboring Magdalensberg or Christofberg. Hochosterwitz Castle is easily accessible on foot or by bike. By car, you can reach the district capital of St. Veit an der Glan in just 10 minutes or the state capital of Klagenfurt in 20 minutes.

I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. Centrally located in central Carinthia, 5 minutes by car to St. Veit/Glan, 20 minutes to the state capital Klagenfurt with the beautiful Wörthersee. About a kilometer away you will find the idyllic Lake Kraigersee for swimming. In the village, there is a local supplier, a doctor and hot food to pick up.

In the morning, from your warm bed, you can gaze through the panoramic glass, and admire the magnificent view of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. In the hut is one double bed with a pull-out extra bed, small kitchen with fridge, outdoor terrace with deck chair. Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m).
