Here in the front Bavarian forest, surrounded by nature, the former farm "Boier" is only 5 minutes away in the hamlet of Tännesried. Walking distance from the 9 acre natural swimming lake Mühlweiher. On the fully fenced property, a shaded terrace and a covered outdoor seating area with barbecue invite you to relax. 3 private parking spaces by the house. The house is not wheelchair access. Arrival by car is recommended.

Nearby are many water sports such as diving, SUP, windsurfing, wakeboarding or just swimming, hiking and cycling. The proximity to the Naab also makes it very attractive for anglers. A country inn with a beautiful beer garden is right across the street. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.

Our farm is located in Reichenau, district of Waidhaus, only 500 m (by foot) away from fhe Czech border. The uniqueness of our location can be described through its remote and natural surroundings. Large forest areas, many streams and ponds as well as green meadows are only some of the beautiful aspects of the area. A stay here is ideal for travellers on their way to Prague or anywhere East.
