In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

House in the centre of Neubourg with garage, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, sheets, towel and tea towels provided. Large garden (shared with the owner). All you have to do is put your bags down. Very quiet. Close to all shops (at the end of the street, a 1-minute walk). Central to many tourist attractions. Cleaning and disinfection (2021 standard).
