All on the ground floor with 2 steps in (message me for disabled access with no steps). We have vaulted timbered ceilings, FREE SUPERFAST FIBRE-OPTIC BROADBAND, satellite TV, patio and large gardens beyond. Beautiful historic old barns and a lovely rural location. And your best friend, the dog is welcome too.

Arbor Lodge

Arbor Lodge is set in a secluded part of Cromer within 5 minutes walk to the town centre, beach & pier. The Lodge is a purpose built annex to the owners own home, and it has been finished to a high standard & benefits from sea views. The Lodge is ideal for a couple but could accommodate 4 people with an easy pull out & comfortable small double sofa bed, a travel cot is available on request. At night the outside of the lodge is illuminated.

The Coach House is nestled behind our home, situated just a 10 minute walk across the fields to the beach. The converted property was lovingly restored only a few years ago and offers a real home from home experience. The property is well equipped and also has a wood burning stove, perfect for those chilly nights. There is a large courtyard area with seating and ideal for alfresco dining!
