Sit back & relax in front of the fireplace while enjoying the 55" smart TV - or enjoy a book in the lofted reading nook. A complete kitchen allows guests to make a full meal & the dining table with 4-seats allows guests to sit down to enjoy it. The chaise sofa converts into a full bed for a 2nd sleeping area. Downtown is only a short stroll away.

Find your home away from home in our 2nd floor apartment. Our 1908 Colonial style home is located on Union St in Schenectady. I live on the first floor apartment so I am on site to help with anything. The bedroom has queen sized memory foam bed. There is a full sized daybed in the living room. One parking spot for guests. No pets. Due to allergies, we have an authorized exemption to service animals being allowed on the property. Search "accessibility policy" for more info.
