The house comprises spacious indoor areas equipped with top-notch amenities, a heated outdoor pool, a summer kitchen with a BBQ, and a garden. The villa consists of 2 separate accommodation units. The main accommodation unit has a spacious kitchen with a dining and living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The second unit comes with a studio configuration, including a living space, a bed space, a kitchen, and a bathroom.

House Katina is traditional stone house renovated in 2022 located in the village Rovinjsko Selo, 7km from Rovinj. The house is ideal for 4 adults but can accommodate up to 6 people. Open space living room and fully equipped kitchen are on the ground floor and are connected to the outdoor dining area and garden. Upstairs you will find bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom. Second bedroom with double bed, big comfortable bathroom, and third bedroom in the attic area with two sigle beds.

The house is located 10 minutes by car from Rovinj. The entire space is located on the ground floor and is also suitable for people with disabilities. In a space of 37 square meters there is the air-conditioned kitchen with dining area and a sofa, the air-conditioned double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The house includes a garden with covered seating area, barbecue and parking place for your car. Wi-fi is available free of charge. There is the bicycle path leading towards Rovinj.

Honey House was once a traditional Istrian stone house which was restored and rebuilt in 2019 for your perfect holiday. The interior of the house is furnished with a combination of modern and rustic furniture, and the garden with an outdoor pool, a table and chairs for dining, a sofa and armchairs is the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday.

The apartment has a balcony with a beautiful sea view, lots of large windows, has just been renovated, equipped with new furniture.

There is a possibility of storing sport equipment. Rovinj village is located near city of Rovinj and it's a few minutes away by car. In the village it's the best to do everything by walk.
