Nice place to relax and very clean.

From opening the door for the first time it is clear that Ann takes great pride in her accommodation and wants her guests to feel welcomed and at home, when we arrived we found everything to be spotless, neatly appointed and fresh. The facilities were fantastic, beds really firm and comfortable making for a great nights sleep. Ann is extremely responsive and communicative, even ahead of our visit she was in touch a couple days before to check in with us and was as flexible as she could be on arrival time. We had one minor issue during the first night of the stay which was immediately resolved with Ann, who got back to us within minutes of us reaching out to her and went beyond expectations to restore parity even on an Easter Weekend. I would recommend this accommodation it is ideally placed for the Peak District, central Manchester and has a host of local activities and amenities nearby, whilst being in a quiet peaceful area of Romily meaning you can simply relax after a long day.

My wife and I stayed here for six nights with our son. A charming little house that is actually more spacious than we were expecting. Very well laid out with nothing missing. Located in the heart of the town but quiet and just five minutes from the railway station. We spent our days walking from the house to the surrounding hills plus one evening in Manchester.

The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and well located to reach the Kinder Scout hiking trail in Edale 10 mins away by train. There is a Sainsbury's 1 minute from the flat so it is easy to pick up anything you need during your stay. Having a car is always preferable in this part of the country for convenience, but train links are available and easy to use. Would definitely rebook here if the opportunity arises.
