My place is close to the village (1.5 km), perfect for couples and families with 2 or 3 kids or with 5 adult friends. On a 2000 m² fully enclosed plot with gate and flower gardens. Carefully renovated and rated 3 Stars. WIFI ACCESS SWIMMING POOL heated from May to September 1 hour from the gorges of the Ardèche or Vercors. Wine Route, Cote du Rhône, Châteaux de la Drome, city of Nyons, Nougats de Montélimar, Provencal landscapes, roads lined with lavender and olive trees.

Relax in this 18th century farmhouse, adjoining but without any promiscuity, quiet and elegant. You have the entire estate, i.e. 2 buildings, the house 90m² and the cottage 80m² . 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms , 5 bedrooms and 600m2 of fenced land with 2 shaded terraces, lulled by the cicadas. In the Provencal drome, between the hills and the plain, the house is ideal for resting, discovering this beautiful terroir on foot or by bike, visiting the surrounding villages.

At the foot of the Roche Colombe, in an area of 7 hectares, the cottage is integrated into a pretty stone house. After a walk in a beautiful oak forest still sheltering some remains of the Chatelard, you will reach the site of the 3 crosses, which gave its name to our cottage. From there, you will have breathtaking views of the Vercors and the Rhone Valley.
