Holiday rentals with a patio in Rožňava

Jana was a great host. The communication was great, and the place went smoothly. The apartment was new, spacious and nicer than the photos. It was decorated in detail (in addition to the normal equipment, there were no shortage of books, board games, hygiene products). We felt very comfortable and comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the Tatras thanks to the nice weather. The parking in the underground garage was a huge plus for us. Thanks, and we'd love to come back :)

We booked for a week and it was great! We had great and very nice neighbors which made our stay easier. We went for a few hikes, enjoyed pool days and did some sightseeing. There are quite a few good restaurants in the neighborhood! The kitchen was big and very well equipped for cooking for 9! Also the BBQ outside is a nice plus! We have only one recommendation for this stay and that’s the availability of fans. There were no fans which was quite hot with 35degrees outside. Except for that we have no comments! It was a beautiful week! Thank you for having us Erika!

I can't complain about the stay. Very cozy apartment on the top floor of the building, right next to the common balcony. Everything is clean. Once you get out of the entrance, you're right in the center of SNV. Great for me!

Great hosts and the place was super clean!

The accommodation was great, in a good location, the apartment is very modern, well equipped, comfortable. The host gave good instructions to get in. Parking was also very convenient in the parking garage. Very good value apartment.

The whole place was very clean, modern and clean. The apartment is almost completely new, it felt very nice to live in. Ideal for two and very comfortable, fully livable with 4. It's equipped with everything you need. Private parking space is a very big plus. Overall very satisfied, would recommend to others!

Oh my gosh! This was the BEST Place to stay in the UNESCO walled City of Levoca. Zaffir House had everything to make our stay wonderful! Comfortable Bed, Modern Bathroom, Washer and Separate Dryer (plus more)?We wished we could have stayed longer to take advantage of our private courtyard and balcony areas. Our stay was extra special because of our wonderful hosts- Janka and Torsten. We had our own private taxi driver (Torsten) who shared much information of the area and gave us great recommendations of what to see and where to eat! We HIGHLY suggest you book here- you won’t be sorry! (Note: We are Airbnb SuperHosts and have very high expectations!!!) Linda and Tom

Katarina was super kind and her place is perfect. Clean, well equipped and feels like home.

We stayed for 5 nights with kids. The kids had fun in the backyard, where there was a game set with a slip, and later we relaxed in the bathing room. There are many options for trips in the area. The place matched the photos, everything was clean. The owner was welcoming and helpful. Halfway through the accommodation, they changed our water in a bathing pod. Overall, we rate the place positively and thank the owners.
