The tiny house with a view of the horse paddock is located on our historic farm just outside Nuremberg. It has a small kitchen with a 2-burner induction hob, a fridge, air conditioning, a small bathroom with a shower and a Trobolo separation toilet (brilliant, no unpleasant odours). The 160 x 200 cm double bed is accessible via a ladder, and the cosy sofa and fireplace complete the living area. Only outdoor washing-up liquid/shampoo allowed. Fireplace and fire pit by arrangement.

The fully equipped 2-room apartment in Röthenbach/Pegnitz is located 12 km east of Nuremberg. The S-Bahn stop Röthenbach-Steinberg is within walking distance and is in about 18 minutes to Nuremberg Central Station. The apartment is very quiet and yet close to the city center. In a few minutes you can walk to all the shops for everyday use, as well as numerous restaurants. Parking is available in front of the house.
