Monthly Rentals in Rudalza

We stayed in the accommodation for a week with three adults and a 7-year-old child. The apartment offers everything you need in an Airbnb. Within walking distance is a beautiful beach with crystal clear water, beautiful sandy beach, sun loungers, toilets and two beach restaurants. The prices are totally reasonable there and the beach seems to be popular with the locals as well. Furthermore, you can walk to a tobacco shop, a supermarket and various restaurants as well as a bus stop. Access was super easy and the parking space on the private property is just super. A great place to stay that offers a great starting point for Sardinia if you end up in Olbia. Everything was very clean and we didn't miss anything. The contact with the host is super friendly and fast. On the last day, we were even allowed to stay longer than 10:00 a.m. in the accommodation, which helped us a lot, as we didn't fly until the evening. Absolute recommendation 👍🏻

We had high expectations, which were met -- and topped! The historical house is so beautifully and well renovated. We were so grateful for the terrific climate system, complete with warmed floors, which were particularly nice since we met a fair amount of cool weather and rain during our trip. The garden is tidy and expansive and redolent of rosemary; we enjoyed having meals at the large covered table on the front terrace and reading and relaxing on the outside chairs. Our hosts were incredibly accommodating of our arrival and departure times, and also met us with food and drinks even beyond essentials to help us have a great start to our vacation. It was very easy to feel right at home. I could list any number of other details, about the house and our hosts' hospitality, but suffice it to say that we had an excellent stay and would recommend it wholeheartedly!

We (two adults and two kids) stayed in this wonderful house for almost 10 days. The house has everything you need. Everything that was provided is also provided. The air conditioning was great as it was really hot on most days. Everything was perfectly clean. The surrounding area is also perfect, as you can be in Olbia in 15 minutes by car and at a large shopping center with a large supermarket. The nearest beach is only 8 min by car. Palau (for boat trips) is 50 minutes away. La Cinta beach is 45 minutes away. Everything around the Costa Smeralda is less than an hour away. The view from the house to the bay is outstanding both day and night. We often spent time and ate on the terrace. We would recommend the house anytime and would like to highlight that Antonella is a great and proactive host. We got great tips and recommendations for the area from her.
