Yellow Cottage was built around 1895. It retains most of it's original features with high, wood panelled ceilings, original windows and trim. Second floor bedroom has an angled ceiling, at 6 .5 ft tall in center. The house is vintage with modern comforts for sleeping, bathing, cooking and wifi for internet connectivity. The front porch has 2 chairs for a relaxing view of the "The Big Field."
“The yellow cottage was an absolutely lovely stay! As others have noted, the photos don't quite do it justice. It's a really charming space and beautiful historic home. It's also extremely walkable to town - within 10 minutes on foot you have several delicious breakfast spots, shopping, wineries. Everyone in town was incredibly friendly as well. Highly recommend.”
Nora’s nest is nestled Beside and Upstairs, over Stella and Me Cafe. There is a tiny courtyard in front, for enjoying a bit of the outdoors and the activity on N. Main St. We are walking distance to many historical homes, gift shops, and other restaurants. The space has a bohemian charm with lots of personal touches you’re sure to enjoy!!!
“This place was fantastic! Filled with charm and was incredibly cozy. It had all the amenities and the owner was very responsive to any need I had. It is right at the edge of old St. Gen so you can easily walk to any of the adorable shops and restaurants in the area. As a bonus it is right next to a cute little cafe. I highly recommend this spot!”
