Come and relax on beautiful Silver Lake! Enjoy a cup of morning coffee on the dock or sit back and relax around the fire pit. The garage has been enjoyed by many listening to records or playing board games. There is a collection of outdoor games for your enjoyment. The cabin is equipped with air conditioning for those hot summer days and a fire place to stay cozy on those chilly nights. The cabin has 1-double bed and 2-sets of bunk beds. The Tree House, an upstairs dwelling, is in a peaceful setting. A unique topography supports numerous species of wild life including nearly 200 species of birds. The Tree House is located near the head waters of the Mississippi river, Tamarac National Wild Life Refuge, Detroit Mountain Recreation Area, golf courses, casinos and North Country Trail. A full kitchen and a comfortable indoor setting makes a lovely getaway. The rock fire pit is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

Within a short distance to several amenities including the Maslowski Fitness/Wellness Center (Indoor Water park!), Hockey rink, school and parks! With 3 bedrooms 2 baths, living room, basement family room with wetbar, HOT TUB and air hockey table, even having a "stay-cation" here will be....well...cozy!

The lakeside covered deck offers comfortable patio furniture and amazing views of the lake! It is the perfect space to enjoy yourselves at the lake. The city of Ottertail is a highly desired Minnesota vacation spot. The home is a short 2 minute drive away. Ottertail has fun shops, delicious restaurants, and a couple of golf courses.

The Haven is a perfect getaway for the whole crew! Located in the lakes area in-between Vergas and Frazee (about 10 minutes from Perham) this newly renovated gem has an open space downstairs and upstairs. Spacious bathroom, big gather room, open bedroom concept, and laundry room. Winter time favorites in the area include snowmobiling, skiing & snowboarding, ice skating, ice fishing, cross country skiing, and bingo nights at Billy's Bar in local town of Vergas.
