Fantastic place to explore the Forest of Dean from. All as described and very comfortable for our family of 4 and dog. Good communication from the hosts and no issues at all during our stay. Would stay again 👍

The Forest view cabin is simply beautiful and perfect in every detail for a few nights getaway!! It’s in an amazing location at the edge of the Forest of Dean, lots of amazing walks and in a very safe, quiet location! Candice was an exceptional host , greeted us on arrival (earlier than expected and extremely accommodating!) gave very clear instructions and local advice and let us be afterwards, but was always on hand if required. Several great walks in the area, lots of places to explore, the sculpture trail is very recommendable and was our favourite day out…. About an hour walk, then a 4 1/2 mile trail, but there is free parking opposite and also you can take shortcuts but would recommend you do the full experience! Couple of pubs close by (currently don’t open Monday Tuesday Wednesdays but we were informed of this) and a great little chippy down the road, looks can be deceiving…! We will certainly be returning thank you so much for your hospitality. Every detail was spot on! M&N

We stayed for the weekend, was a lovely, relaxing weekend just what we needed. The welcome sign was a lovely way of welcoming us. There was no faults at all!

We had the most amazing two weeks of "writing-holiday" in the cottage and in Newnham! A perfect place to work from. Everyone was so friendly and the accommodation was perfect. Very clean and cozy! And the host was very kind and helpful!
