Monthly Rentals in Rustic Canyon

I stayed here for a full month and couldn’t have been happier. The apartment was spotless, bright, spacious, and had everything I needed — tons of kitchenware, coffee makers, and all kinds of cooking tools. It truly felt like home. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, always making sure everything was perfect. The neighborhood was very safe and friendly, even at night, and the neighbors were great too. Overall, it was an amazing experience — not a single complaint, everything was absolutely perfect!

Laura’s place is about a mile from the ocean and you will get a small ocean view outside if you have a glass of wine on the little bar . Laura is at hand if you need her and the area neighbor is safe and lovely . Parking was easy . There are many steps however being up high is worth . Feels very private . Even though the Santa Monica stairs are next to your place. People are very quiet going up and down the stairs. It shouldn’t bother you. The bed was comfortable and you’ll have everything you need. Loved the Bungalow! This was the area in SM I prefer-easy walk to Montana Ave and SM Stairs. The Bungalow and Lynne were wonderful! I highly recommend the Bungalow! Looking forward to staying here my next visit to SM!

A cozy and nice apartment very close to the beach and good restaurants nearby. We were actually sad that we stayed for only 2 nights and would have loved to stay longer.
