My daughter and I had a wonderful weekend and our accommodations couldn’t be better. Perfect location to get to/from the horse show and cabin was quiet and cozy.

The cabin is so perfect for our family. We love the downstairs pool table and lounge area, the hot tub, and the upstairs loft. The area is so beautiful, and we love the nearby pond. Highly recommend!

My husband and I came here to get away and visit a friend of his. We are pretty forgetful, so this place had plenty of necessities in stock. The house was beautiful and clean. It had everything that we needed. We were not too far from things to do, but just far enough, which is what we were going for. The hosts were responsive and allowed us to check in a little earlier than normal check-in time. The hot tub was awesome and the covered deck was peaceful.

Words can’t begin to describe these incredible and amazing people. My husband and I were at Chimney Rock celebrating our honeymoon at Brett and Pam’s place when Hurricane Helene hit. Unprecedented isn’t the right word, but all I can think of. This cabin was literally our shelter from the storm and Pam and Brett were there for us every moment as they were going through their own devastation. The people of Chimney Rock are the most special community you will ever meet. We will do everything we can to support them and will be back as they begin to rebuild. We were just visitors as the whole town went through a catastrophic event, but feel forever connected to and invested in the town of Chimney Rock. Brett and Pam, thank you for opening your beautiful home to us, and for creating a sense of safety, community, and care. You are forever friends and will forever be a part of our lives.

What a wonderful place!! It's easy to tell the hard work & attention to detail that went into making this place so special. If you're looking for some R&R in a gorgeous, cozy, peaceful setting, this is the place. We immediately felt right at home. From hanging out on the porch, listening to the breeze and nature, to enjoying the soaking tub and time spent around the campfire, we couldn't have asked for a better spot to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Shealy was wonderful, provided great information ahead of time and easy to communicate with as a few misc. things came up during our stay. Would love to return in the future!

Wonderful view, clean and super relaxing. Loved the separated king rooms with their own en-suite bathrooms. Great for two couples. If you had kids with you the downstairs had two more bedrooms that would’ve been great for kids. Hot tub was great. Only downside to the place is the distance from things if you want to go out at all. We decided to be relaxed and stay in a bunch so it was great. We had rainy weather but did the short waterfall hike in the subdivision one day. It was easy and enjoyable. Took less than an hour. Katrina was very responsive. Overall a great Airbnb!

I would recommend Alison to anyone. She was our first host this being our first time using Airbnb. We couldn't ask for anyone better. Not to forget the beautiful house and view. This place was perfect! We had the best trip and Bonnie only made it that much better! She is so nice. And the house is so great! I don’t think anything could be improved, Bonnie ..you did a wonderful job with this Airbnb and I will stay here anytime I come to Lake Lure. I just hope it’ll be available!

Plenty of space for my crew and had everything we needed to cook every night. We will definitely look into booking again when we are close by working again

This was an end of the summer getaway for my wife and I. We thoroughly enjoyed the beauty and activities of the are. We kayaked, did several hikes, found secluded areas that we could swim and picnic. Visited chimney rock. Had some nice meals at local places and took advantage of making ourselves some meals in the well-stocked kitchen. The cabin is very cute, spacious enough for a family of 4 or more, well decorated with the owner's own artwork of local scenery. We actually had fun and played a lot of ping pong. Nice table. We hope we can swing another trip to view the fall colors

Perfect house for Valentine’s Day surprise trip!! Probably the best relaxing vacation I been on in a while. Had more than needed at the house to make the stay comfy and enjoyable. Will definitely visit again😊

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in this cabin at lake lure… it was quiet and peaceful with beautiful surroundings… the private beach is so convenient and once again, very beautiful and peaceful there as well. In the evenings we traveled about 15 minutes to Chimney Rock and just couldn’t get over how beautiful this part of North Carolina is… Great experience

Great cabin for a couple enjoying Lake Lure and surrounding area. Offered all the amenities you could need. We were there for a wedding, so didn’t get to take full advantage of them.
