The brand new apartment is located on the 21st floor of the tallest residential tower in Slovakia - Eurovea Tower, overlooking the Danube and the historic center, directly on the popular promenade along the Danube with a park, cafes and restaurants, which is connected to the historic center /10min/. The skyscraper has direct access to the largest shopping mall and cinema city. It is located on the bike path along the river towards Hungary, Austria and the Carpathians. From the D1 highway /city bypass/ it is easy to get to the Eurovea garage.

Beautiful apartment near the city centre with parking.

The flat is located in a beautiful area. On one side is the National Football Stadium and the Ondrej Nepela Winter Stadium, and on the other side is Lake Kuchajda. The city centre is a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. There is free parking for one car in the building. Two large shopping centres are a 5-minute walk away - Vivo and Central. There is a grocery store and a pharmacy on the ground floor, accessible from the street. There are also three restaurants – a sushi bar, a steakhouse and an Italian restaurant.

A bright living area is present, featuring a sectional sofa and a coffee table. Large windows overlook the city, allowing plenty of natural light. The kitchen area showcases modern appliances and minimalist cabinetry, while the dining space consists of a round black table. A panoramic view of the cityscape is visible from the exterior angle.

Enjoy a stylish experience in this new design apartment. You will have amazing views from the 18.floor (sunrises are particularly beautiful if you are an early bird :). If you are a night owl, switch on the fireplace and enjoy the night views. If you are coming by car, a free underground parking is awaiting you. Oh and access to a panoramic rooftop on the 30. floor is also available. I hope you will have an amazing time in this small capital city and can enjoy its hidden treasures - just ask :)

Pleasant, spacious accommodation on the lower floor of a family house in a quiet area-Trnávka, near the airport. Suitable for overnight stays or longer accommodation for 2- 4 people. Airport, Lidl and Avion shopping park are nearby. The apartment is very spacious - app. 70m2, a large bathroom, a living room with a projector, a bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200) and crib and a desk. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The city center of Bratislava is app. 15min by bus or car.

A spacious bedroom features two comfortable beds, styled with neutral bedding and decorative pillows. Natural light streams through the lace-curtained windows. A wooden wardrobe and a bedside table provide functional storage, while a comfortable chair adds a cozy touch to the room.
