On the street in front of our house you will find free parking. From our house you are with the car in 10 minutes in the city center. Train and bus, which also drive to the city center and the main train station, walk in Reichl. 5 minutes. Also, the TU-terrain is easily accessible by us by bus or tram. For Haltepkt Plauen you go 500 meters. Bakeries, are also open on Sundays, discounters, etc., can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes by car two or three Fahrminuten. Super Italian, Turkish, Greek restaurants are located nearby. Not far from there is a very good cafe with tasty Eis. In front of our house is the park "Hoher Stein". The Erzgebirge is ideal for skiing, sledding and hiking. The Saxon Switzerland can be reached by car in twenty minutes. In a short time we are also in Pillnitz, Radebeul, Moritzburg or Meissen.

Welcome to our 250 years old house, where we turned an old barn into a guest room with small kitchen corner and a private bathroom. Our apartment also has a separate entrance, so full privacy is guaranteed. Private parking. Liberec is just 20 mins drive, Zittau center 15 mins, Jizera mountains 30 mins, Luzice mountains 15 mins. Many interesting places within 30 mins drive. Cycling track just in the village, great cross country skiing tracks and ski slopes within 30mins.

The living room has fireplace, kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. Two bedrooms are in the second floor. Heating is provided by the fireplace, electricity is for keeping the house warm. Unlimited WiFi with a speed of approximately 28 Mbps. The ceilings in the first floor are low, please be careful not to hit your head!
