Auf vier Etagen entstand ein top saniertes Domizil, in das alte Elemente des Wasserturms stilvoll integriert wurden. Wir freuen uns euch in unserer kleinen Wohnung willkommen zu heißen! Die Wohnung umfasst ca. 45qm. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett (140x200). Weitere Schlafmöglichkeiten stehen mit dem Schlafsofa (180x200) im Wohnzimmer zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung steht euch alleine zur Verfügung. Wir als Gastgeber wohnen im Haupthaus nebenan und stehen euch für Fragen persönlich oder per Telefon zur Verfügung. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor der Wohnung.

The 'Oberdeck' holiday apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with only a few detached houses. The beach can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. The apartment features a large terrace with seating, a spacious entrance area with a sofa bed, a living and dining room with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (no freezer compartment), and a small work area. Upstairs is the bathroom with shower and the bedroom with a 160 cm wide bed.

Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der Wochenmarkt und eine Bushaltestelle liegen ebenso in der Nähe. Die Strände von Cuxhaven erreicht man in 10-20 Min. mit Rad oder Auto.
