House in the La Peña area, built on two levels. The 3 carpeted bedrooms are located on the ground floor, all with bathrooms. On the upper floor there is a large living room with fireplace, a bar with bar, dining room for 6 people, integrated into the kitchen by means of a bar. The house has a small covered terrace, as well as an open terrace with built-in barbecue, with a magnificent view of the Lake and the Rock. It has a small swimming pool and parking for 3 cars.

La Granja is a space in nature with great history that gives you an excellent opportunity to rest. The house and cabin in the mountains, with an incredible view, are surrounded by forest, rivers and small waterfalls that you can reach by sidewalks where you will find squirrels and birds. We have a lake where you can observe herons, ducks and a great diversity of species. An ideal place to take a boat ride or walk on trails surrounded by flowers and fruit trees.
