And if you put your luggage with us on a champagne getaway! Our house with garden is nestled in the heart of the Côte des Bar in a Champagne village crossed by the award-winning Seine. Amenities: catering butcher, champagne cellars, electric vehicle terminal, bread distribution 2km away (Gyé/Seine). Multisport train and young games 300m away. We are 10 minutes from the Renoir museum, 30 minutes from Nigloland,lakes, 45 minutes from Troyes. Linens included. wifi(fiber) throughout the house.

Small stone house of 35 m2 recently restored and very comfortable on a property of 1000m2. There are other holiday homes on this property but you are totally independent. Each cottage has its own entrance and private terrace. The beds are upstairs in the same room. The house is located 5' from the Seine, in the heart of the Champagne vineyard, 10' all shops, 30'from TROYES, the lakes of the Forêt d 'Orient, the amusement park Nigloland, 2h15 from Paris exit 22( via the A5)

This new house, located in a pretty Aubois village offers a relaxing and refreshing stay for all the family. You can visit our charming department. Winery, forests, lakes, museums, leisure parks, restaurants... Between Troyes and Chatillon sur Seine, a few kilometers from Bar sur Seine, Essoyes, you will have the choice between visits, walks and activities. The garden is enclosed. Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.
