And if you put your luggage with us on a champagne getaway! Our house with garden is nestled in the heart of the Côte des Bar in a Champagne village crossed by the award-winning Seine. Amenities: catering butcher, champagne cellars, electric vehicle terminal, bread distribution 2km away (Gyé/Seine). Multisport train and young games 300m away. We are 10 minutes from the Renoir museum, 30 minutes from Nigloland,lakes, 45 minutes from Troyes. Linens included. wifi(fiber) throughout the house.

Waterfront house

This old renovated house, originally built for the workers of the Moutot factory (a 19th-century cement factory) awaits you by the banks of the Serein River, with its feet in the water. The living space is located on the first floor, accessible from the courtyard via a staircase, and from the garden through the terrace overlooking the river. This place is a haven of nature in a very peaceful environment. 5-minute drive from Noyers-sur-Serein, one of the most beautiful villages in France.

Le Chalet de TINTIN

In a charming little village, the Chalet de TINTIN is ideal for a stopover close to the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient Regional Natural Park. Discover the historic city of Troyes, Museums, Mill, Cellar and tasting. Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.
