The home has been newly renovated. Direct access from the dining area to a beautiful garden with plenty of beautiful sunny spots. Silence and plenty of nature. The home has a total of 8 beds divided into 3 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. The home has 1 large modern bathroom and 1 smaller guest toilet. Private office.

This beautiful farmhouse exudes romance and rural idyll. With a wood-burning stove, thatched roof and lots of aesthetic details. There is a courtyard with stunning views of meadow, trees and sea, as well as a flower garden. The house is undisturbed with walking distance to the sea, grocery store and marina. In the luxurious bedroom, there is a French imported vintage double bed. In the living room, there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a cozy work corner, as well as an atmospheric dining area with a beautiful chandelier and a farmhouse blue table.

The house has a wood-burning stove and a heat pump. The house includes a small not isolated annex with two sleeping places. From the road you can see the sea which is 2 minutes walk from the house. The house is located in a lovely and well-maintained summerhouse neighborhood on the east side of the island. Electricity and water are included in day rental.

The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø.
