It is completely made of wood and has a surface area of 30m². The cottage is fully equipped, everything you need is available. Enjoy the scenery and the skies, the tranquility and the space!

A stylish apartment in a prime location – newly renovated in 2025. Located right in the city center, it overlooks the Delft and the lightship in Emden. Thanks to the central location, everything is within easy walking distance - the town hall is only 150 meters away. In the living room, an 85-inch TV provides entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook, and tea and coffee are always available. With self check-in and door code, there is full flexibility – without key handover.

Villa Selva: cosy cottage with spectacular view

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.
