Everything you need is available. It is made entirely of wood and has a surface area of 30m². The tiny house is at the back of our property and is surrounded by a natural garden. This gives it a wide view with plenty of privacy. The tranquillity and space in this lovely cottage feels like a real experience. A place to daydream for a while!

Villa Selva: cosy cottage with spectacular view

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.

The cabin is situated in the Hoogeland region which is known for its calming views and beautiful Groningen sunsets. It is not uncommon to see a herd of deer grazing during breakfast! This is the perfect accommodation for a walk- or biking tour in the area, or to see the rest of the northern Netherlands or Germany by car.
