Deichhaus Rysum on the North Sea

The special location of the cottage directly on the dike on the North Sea coast in a secluded location makes it unique. Surrounded by dyke and fields, it is centrally located between Emden and Greetsiel. Bicycle tours and extensive walks on the North Sea have their charm in all seasons. Not only in summer, but also in spring, autumn and winter, this spot of earth is balm for the soul. There is a bakery and a mill café (open on Saturdays from April to September) in the village. By bike it is 20 minutes to the sea.

Authentic detached house full of atmosphere and equipped with every comfort. Wooden floors, a modern kitchen, a private sauna in the bathroom and 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor with excellent beds provide atmosphere and luxury. The spacious living room with spacious Chesterfield sofa overlooks the Winsumerdiep. Onderdendam is a beautiful village 12 km from the city of Groningen and has a protected village view. Our 2-person Canadian canoe and our 3 bicycles are available for rent at a reasonable price.

Villa Selva: cosy cottage with spectacular view

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.

Rare find! Four bedrooms (3 double beds, 1 bunk bed) and a living room offer space for 2 - 8 people. A kitchen, two bathrooms, storage room and a separate toilet as well as two terraces (one covered) overlooking the water. Four private car parking spaces at the house. The garden/house is located directly on the water and invites you to swim, do water sports or go fishing. There is also a private jetty including free use of a pedal boat (30/03 - 15/11)

Modern cabin

A cabin from 2021 with all facilities you need. Easily accessible by car and located between Groningen and Delfzijl. The cabin is situated in the Hoogeland region which is known for its calming views and beautiful Groningen sunsets. It is not uncommon to see a herd of deer grazing during breakfast! This is the perfect accommodation for a walk- or biking tour in the area, or to see the rest of the northern Netherlands or Germany by car.

This delightful energy-neutral water villa suitable for 4 till 8 persons, was recently built and located on its own plot with lots of privacy on a peninsula on the Paterswoldsemeer in Haren. The house has a lot of luxury and comfort such as two bathrooms, a large kitchen with built-in appliances, a big dining and livingroom and a beautiful view at the Lake. At the deck terrace you can enjoy the sunsetwith a glass of wine in your hand.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

Arrive and feel at home. The fresh air from the North Sea, which is only a few kilometers away, will greet you with a breeze. The new 80 sqm apartment is located on the upper floor of our house and is completely at your disposal. It is cozy and tastefully decorated. In our garden, which you are welcome to use, there is also a grill and a large fire pit. Bicycles can be parked safely.

Rustic Gulfhof in a completely secluded location a few meters away from the dyke (North Sea), invites you to a quiet holiday. Enjoy the sea air or the sunset outside in the garden. Or you can drink your coffee in the bed overlooking the dyke. Far and wide, the platinum house is surrounded by fields. The apartment in the yard is well-equipped and spacious.
