It is very quiet and private and sits directly behind our house(pictured) with a beautifully landscaped brick courtyard. You are within walking distance to "The Heart of Hillcrest" where you will discover many fabulous restaurants, coffee and boutique shops, and so much more. This house is a great way to relax when you taking a break from touring the city. The kitchenette has a microwave, Keurig coffee, plates and sink. The game room has a pool table. This is a quiet residential neighborhood with families and it's very safe. It's not an area you walk around in to visit coffee shops. All major attractions are 10-15 minutes away by car. Your private floor is on the lower level. I sleep/work on the upper level.
