  • Cannot wait to book again! Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for 2 nights and cannot say one bad thing about this place. There is everything you need & more. It’s a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of day to day life. There is great cooking facilities, hot water bottles, cosy bed sheets and blankets! We had to ask for more wood and that was replenished before we returned from our day out. Great responses from the hosts and they could not be any more helpful! Fire pit was fantastic, amazing views & a great 2 nights away. Cannot wait to go again!

  • Gorgeous views, definitely worth a visit

    Brandon2020-03-04T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing stay. Very cool and quirky! Everything you needed was there and Steve very kindly lit fire before we got there making a very cold evening a cosy one. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

  • Fantastic stay! The boat shack is so beautifully designed and has everything you could need! Really beautiful views, completely surrounded by nature but close enough to Ely and Cambridge for days out.

    Sophia2020-02-25T00:00:00Z
  • Wonderful night away in the boatshack despite the weather! Will most definitely return as it is such a lovely experience.

    Leah2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • Thank you Steve for being such a great host! Loved the little thoughtful touches like the heart shaped chocolates on our pillows for Valentines Day! Steve even brought us a fresh egg in the morning for our breakfast, and replied straight away if I had any queries. Was such a lovely romantic stay and I would definitely recommend!

    Charlotte2020-02-15T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing place, perfect for a weekend getaway for two if you fancy some fresh air and peace and quiet! Quirky and unique and excellently finished, this place is a must see! We would definitely love to return in summer.

    Megan2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay at the boat shack was the perfect mid week getaway in the country. Hosts were amazing, Welcoming and friendly. As animal lovers we enjoyed visiting the animals but this is optional. The only issue we faced was the weather was cold and we could not shut the boat door from the inside so had to leave it ajar through out the night. But over all was a great lovely experience and would definitely return in the summer months.

A tiny, quaint thatched building in the owner's front garden, offering complete privacy for two people with en-suite shower and toilet, TV microwave and free Wifi access. Located in the quintessentially English village of Elsworth just 8 miles from Cambridge.
The thatched cottage is situated in our front garden but fenced off from the main garden and house. It is a small thatched building with two single beds and the photos show all of the space. If you have a large suitcase this will need to be left upright or squeezed under the bed. It is full of character complete with exposed beams and just perfect for a weekend get away. We are in a quiet street within the heart of the village and set back from the road. Access to the house is via a footbridge across a brook. Parking is quite limited as this is an old area of the village and it is the access route for a farm at the other end of the road. You should be able to park in the layby on the left and opposite the footbridge. This is just after the bend to the left in the road. If you have trouble when you arrive, just call (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) which is more reliable and we can help you. Please also note that there is no 22 Brook Street so we are between no 20 and the orange thatched cottage.
Elsworth is a lovely English village with an 11th century church, two pubs-one of them thatched-and a community run shop. The Poacher is just around the corner and if you would like to book for dinner then you can ring 01964 268167 The cottage itself, like our house, was reportedly built in the late 17th century and used to be a tailor's shop.
  • Great little place and lovely host.

Modern, light and airy ground floor apartment with its own entrance. 1 double and 1 single bedroom with french doors looking out onto the garden. Shower room, open plan lounge with fully equipped kitchen and comfortable dining area. Fully furnished.
The garden apartment offers the best of both worlds, a relaxing and peaceful environment, excellent local amenities and easy access to the city. It is recently refurbished and has a modern comfortable feel. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom has a single bed, both with plenty of clothes storage space. Three sets of French doors open out onto the garden and a patio area with a table and chairs available to guests. Guests are able to enjoy views of the cottage garden perennial borders (designed by Andrew Sankey) and a seventeen century windmill. There is a tastefully furnished open plan living area with a well equipped kitchen, a dining space and a comfortable area to relax. Guests are welcome to use the washing machine and ironing facilities in our laundry room. We also provide free onsite parking and high speed internet. The apartment is ideal for a relaxing break or a comfortable home from home for business travel.
We live in a peaceful residential neighbourhood with nearby shops, restaurants, pubs and public transport. Histon is great for eating out and there are 6 pubs and two restaurants. We also have a local fish and chip shop and Chinese take away. There are a variety local shops including two small supermarkets, a toy shop and a post office. The Green with it's duck pond and thatched cottages is pleasant for a summer picnic. Cambridge has a great many good restaurants and bars and we are happy to make recommendations on request.
  • We stayed the weekend of the Cambridge half marathon so hopped onto the bus into Cambridge several times, which was a convenient 20 minute ride away. The apartment was lovely with great facilities and kept very clean. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to again if the opportunity arose.

    Michelle2020-03-09T00:00:00Z
  • David and Jo's place is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The bedrooms are good sized and the kitchen/diner/lounge is compact, with good views across the garden. We enjoyed excellent views of a green woodpecker. It was easy to find and we'd be happy to visit again.

A beautifully renovated thatched cottage in the picturesque village of Over. A piece of tranquility just a short distance away from the city of Cambridge. Good transport links to the city, local pubs and beautiful walks all within walking distance. Note: The ceilings are low (6ft6) so taller people should be prepared for this. The staircases to the bedrooms are short but quite steep and without baby gates or handrails.
The cottage is early 18C and has been newly renovated throughout, with newly treated and stripped beams and modern bathroom and farmhouse style kitchen. The ceilings are low throughout so persons over 6ft tall will need to stoop in most areas! The layout is rather quirky as originally the building was two separate cottages. There are two separate staircases which open out onto 2 small bedrooms either side giving 4 bedrooms in total. Each side of the cottage has two small bedrooms. On one side the main bedroom has a kingsize bed (with storage drawers underneath) and directly opposite this is another room with a single bed and a cot and chest of drawers for clothes. There are no doors on these bedrooms to make it easy for parents (like myself) with a baby and young child. On the other side the two bedrooms both have doors, there is a double bed in one room with storage drawers underneath it and in the child's bedroom opposite there are bunk beds and a large chest of drawers for storing clothes. Please note that if you want to make use of the bunk beds then you will need to make up the beds yourselves and strip the sheets afterwards as the good elderly lady taking care of the linen changing cannot manage this task! There is one main bathroom downstairs with bath and shower and one separate guest toilet. both of which are newly renovated. The downstairs living area is open plan with 3 parts to the living room and a breakfast room adjoining the kitchen which looks out onto a good sized private garden with an apple tree. There is a children's playhouse in the garden with steps and a slide. The playhouse was built for my own children to enjoy summers at the cottage. It is only suitable for 2-3 children at a time from ages 3-10 and children must be supervised at all times. I can take no responsibility for any accidents! Throughout the property here are no central overhead lights, but rather lots of lamps, many of which we have connected up so that they are controlled by the wall switches. Please note that mobile reception in Over is very poor. You should find enough reception to send texts. As I am a mum of two young daughters there are ample toys around for younger guests to play with. Due to the cottage being my family home I only let the cottage to families or professionals with a good number of positive reviews.
The Over News, is a free monthly news booklet with details of bin days, all the local services and any upcoming events that might be going on. I will do my best to leave out the latest copy so that it is available to you during your stay.
  • Just returned from a wonderful stay at the thatched cottage. The cottage is very homely & welcoming and had everything we needed. The quiet village location was perfect for a relaxing weekend with friends. The check in process was simple & straight forward and Elizabeth provided all of the information we needed.

    Kati2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • This is a beautiful old cottage, I absolutely loved it! If you're thinking of exploring this part of Cambridgeshire I definitely recommend staying here. Elizabeth is a great host and responds to all questions right away. The cottage was sparkling clean and cosy. Note I travelled with friends with a 1 year old baby and there was everything we needed there, high chair, toys, bath etc. I recommend visiting the walk at National Trust Wicken Fen, Ely Cathedral, Whittlesea- the list goes on. Also there's a little shop 2 minutes walk away just in case you forget supplies. Great stay, thank you Elizabeth!

    Sarah2020-01-19T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful thatch cottage in a pretty little village, everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Very clean, comfy beds, lovely bathroom, loads of hot water - 5 adults having showers ! Elizabeth left us little extra’s like milk, a bottle of wine and best of all tablets for the dishwasher! Elizabeth was easy to contact, we collected keys from her mothers house, which was super easy as it’s the next village and was on our route. The village has one pub and one shop, but close enough to walk to next village for different pubs and places to eat. Great walks, with lots of wildlife and very friendly horses. All said we had a great New Year and would not hesitate to recommend.

    Iran2020-01-03T00:00:00Z
  • This is a beautiful cottage in a wonderful location. The amenities, cleanliness and service is spot on. And the property is in the centre of a quiet, quintessentially English village. Couldn't ask for more at a great price. Thank you!

    Stephen2019-11-24T00:00:00Z
  • Elizabeth’s cottage is a lovely, comfy place. Her communication was excellent and the house was perfect for us; we were two families each with a baby and toddler. The cottage was homely and had all we needed for a weekend away, including a lovely Wendy house with slide in the garden.

    Laura2019-11-17T00:00:00Z
  • Great stay in lovely cottage. Nice village, reasonably close to Cambridge. Giod communication with host. Many thanks!

  • We had a lovely stay here. The cottage was a very generous size, beautiful original features (some very quirky). Gorgeous village also. Your mum was very sweet 🙂

  • Quirky, characterful property with good facilities. Clean and well maintained, couldn't work out all the light switches, but got by! King bed was really comfy. Some nice touches with toys for the kids, milk and butter in the fridge on arrival. We had a lovely stay.

  • A great house with a great sense of design. It is indeed a prize-winning house. The only thing that is a little tricky is that the intelligent system of the room is not well understood, but thanks to the host's remote control.

    Songbing2020-01-04T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing place. My second stay here - a perfect getaway to see my friends who I don’t live very close to. Always cozy, clean, quiet and warm. Love it here.

    Lisa2019-12-21T00:00:00Z
  • Love this beautiful place. Relaxed, welcoming and cosy. Just the perfect bolt hole.

    Clair2019-12-12T00:00:00Z
  • We loved the apartment. It was very very cool. Lots of nice touches too like a scrummy home made lemon drizzle cake left for us and coffee pods and milk. Quality bed linen and things like that all add to the experience! Not relevant to the apartment but we also loved Cambridge.

    Luke2019-12-08T00:00:00Z
  • I've stayed in Airbnbs in 50+ countries around the world and this is easily one of the best I've experienced. The architecture is stylish and the entire home is very comfortable. The large bathtub is wonderful. The hosts are excellent with communication and were readily available when I had some confusion with finding the place initially. The welcome cake was an especially thoughtful touch. If you're looking for a nice place in St. Ives, I would highly recommend staying here.

    Devin2019-12-04T00:00:00Z
  • We absolutely loved this place and will be back. A great location and a super stylish flat. Tolly left a lovely cake and hurried turn around so that we could arrive early. A true gem!

    Hayley2019-12-01T00:00:00Z
  • Such an amazing place, The Pod has been designed and decorated to a beautiful standard. Every aspect of it has been thought through and carefully designed. We loved our stay, it felt both luxurious and homely at the same time. Tolly was an excellent host and both check in and out were easy and flexible. She even left us a delicious lemon cake to enjoy! At Ives is a lovely little location, with some great places to eat on the doorstep as well as being close to bigger cities like Cambridge.

  • Very comfortable and relaxed stay, Sarah and Mark have a lovely home, and Mark was a great host, perfect balance of friendly and informative conversation, while giving us our own space. Much appreciated the breakfasts, simple and fresh, exactly as we like 🙂

    Elizabeth2019-07-28T00:00:00Z
  • We enjoyed our stay at Sarah's immensely. The room was spacious and comfortable. There were thoughtful touches on arrival and a lovely breakfast each morning. I would thoroughly recommend.

    Nicola2019-07-24T00:00:00Z
  • It was all exactly as described. Mark took care of the two days touching us. He gave us the tip by bus on former tracks to get to Cambridge. He was also the one who lovingly served us breakfast in the garden on the two mornings. A thousand thanks to Sarah (whom we unfortunately did not meet due to her work) and Mark. If we are in the area again, we will book this accommodation when it is free.

  • Very nice, family B & B. We lived right in the heart of the family and everything was taken care of. We especially enjoyed our breakfast, which we could take by means of a tray in the bed. Ideal for trips to Cambridge and Ely.

    Nane2019-07-15T00:00:00Z
  • I want to say that Sarah was a great hostess, she made us feel at home. It is very detailed and human and if we can, we will repeat!

  • Very amenable hosts great room I will be stay here again.

  • I found this place 30 min from Cambridge. Our plan was to visit Cambridge and stay in a village to get relaxed a bit. I found Sarah s place. She was very efficient and thoughtful when we communicated. Their place is filled with love. Private bathroom was amazing. It is the best for relaxation. We found Sarah's suggestion to visit Johnson s Farm very relevant. We also visited St Ives, it looked beautiful. We love to visit this place again!

    Zain2020-03-14T00:00:00Z
  • Amanda is a brilliant host + the space is so lovely + cosy, definitely would recommend staying here!

    Joe2020-03-13T00:00:00Z
  • This is such a lovely place, this was my second time here. It is pretty much perfect with everything you might need - having stayed in a few places locally I can confirm that the value for money here is second to none and way beyond even the closest rivals - this is genuinely a space that is big enough for two people - not something that can usually be said. Amanda would be absolutely justified in charging much more than she currently does.

    Tim2020-03-12T00:00:00Z
  • We can’t rate this place highly enough - it was clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. The thoughtful touches (especially the milk and fresh eggs!) were hugely appreciated. Amanda has thought of absolutely everything and we can’t fault our stay. We have recommended to others already.

    Harriet2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • It's a really lovely place. Well thought out, great quality furnishings and facilities. I hope to return.

    Lisa2020-03-06T00:00:00Z
  • Absolutely love this gorgeous place. For once the pictures don't do it justice. Everything is very new and super clean. The kitchen is well equipped and there were fresh eggs, milk, bread, butter, tea, coffee, jam, marmalade and chocolates waiting for me when I arrived - perfect after waking at 4am, driving 3 hours and then working until 7pm. The place was easy to find even in the dark - not something that usually happens. Even the key box was easy - again not always a given. The bed is very comfortable and I slept very well each night. The tv is a proper tv, big and easy to work - just like you have in your own home probably - again not an Airbnb standard. The shower worked fine and the bathroom wasn't cramped at all. There are lovely pubs close by, I went to the one that was a short drive away and the food was excellent. Will definitely be staying again.

    Tim2020-03-04T00:00:00Z
  • Amanda's place has everything you might need for a night away. It is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. A great find!

  • My second visit to this Airbnb when on business in the local area. It’s a great, comfortable place with everything you could want and little touches that make it even better. It’s become one of my go to’s when in the area.

Nice own room with all facilities including fast Wifi, central heating, nice view to the park. Quiet and relaxed. Ideal for studying and working. Use of a Bicycle whilst you stay with us. This will be your main form of transport in Cambridge as it is very common for people to bike around. It will also save you a small fortune.

This cosy self-contained private newly refurbished barn is found in a pretty village, nestling in a hollow away from busy roads and bustling towns. A country retreat with a friendly English pub/ restaurant just a short walk away.( Closed Monday nights until the summer)
The roomy barn is in the grounds of our 17th century farmhouse. The modern fitted kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, microwave etc is fully equipped for dining in. A welcome pack of muesli, milk, fresh baked bread, tea, ground coffee and nibbles, awaits you. After your meal sink into the large deep leather sofa and watch the 37" TV or select a DVD. There is an electric fire with log effect to give that cosy feel on a winter's night. The separated bedroom, with adjoining ensuite and heated towel rail, has a comfortable double bed complete with electric blanket
The village pub is just 100 metres along the road, serving local draught ales and great meals, so convenient and yet no noise can be heard. There is also a farm complex in the next village (Johnson's of Oldhurst) with a lovely farm shop, coffee shop/ cafe, serving good breakfasts and lovely home made cakes plus a great steak house. Several villages are just a 15 minute drive and the busway from historic market town of St.Ives to Cambridge is a great way to access the historic university city and enjoy punting on the river Cam. Or you can just chill and relax in comfortable pleasant surroundings away from the stress of modern life. Lovely country walks from the cottage.

  • We had a wonderful weekend at Sue’s place. Right from booking to checkout, Sue couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. The cottage is spacious, sparkling clean and full of everything you need to create a perfect home from home. The breakfast and snack items left for us, including freshly baked homemade bread, were also a really lovely touch. We would love to stay again on our next visit to the area - this is exactly how AirBnB experiences should be. Thank you again, Sue, for your hospitality.

    Andy2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Having stayed in countless Airbnbs in the UK and overseas, this has to be one of the most memorable. Ideal for getting away from everything and close enough to travel to more lively places. The attention to detail and very thoughtful touches were a big plus, along with the exceptionally clean and well presented cottage itself. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, offering suggestions for what to do and where to eat. I strongly recommend this place for anyone looking to have a quality homely stay, without any disturbance. Thanks guys

  • A fabulous private place to stay, warm and inviting, really close to the park and ride into Cambridge too. We had an incredible meal at the local Green man pub on recommendation from our hosts and were not disappointed.

  • This was my second visit to The Barn, so I knew what to expect. Like a home from home, stylish, comfortable and equipped with all you need

    Andy2019-12-13T00:00:00Z
  • Our first visit to The Barn was everything we hoped for. We received a warm welcome from Geoff, who made sure that we were happy with the temperature of the inside of the building on a chilly November afternoon. The Barn is such a calm and peaceful place, with large windows overlooking a garden. The photos don’t reflect the quality of the accommodation, wish we could have stayed longer than two nights.

    Dawn2019-12-03T00:00:00Z
  • Geoff was our host during our stay last weekend, Mary-Clare was away. He was a brilliant host and a very nice gent. We had a warm welcome and he was very attentive throughout. It was a nice touch to have fresh flowers on the table and milk provided to make tea and coffee, just in case you hadn't done any shopping. The barn was amazing, lots of light, spacious and a real homely feel to it. To top it off, Geoff grows his own veg, has chickens , so we bought some organic veg and freshly laid eggs from him...wow! Our experience couldn't have got better. We would highly recommend Geoff and Mary-Clare's place.

  • Lovely stay in a lovely homely accommodation, perfect for one person. Enough room for home exercising and lovely to sit outside in the sunshine to read a book. Nice shower and good amenities for storing and cooking food. Recommended!

  • Am sure that this is a completely lovely space in the summer. As I arrived in the dark, left for work in the dark, arrived back after dark it's charms were a little lost on me. It was great to have some space to myself and the commute into Huntingdon was very easy. The bed was comfortable and I slept well, which was the most important thing as far as I was concerned. The place seemed well fitted out with everything you might need if you were staying a while. The shower was decent and the little heater worked well in this small space. No complaints whatsoever and would recommend it.

Not a 5* hotel ....but a very welcoming working smallholder farm, near St Ives. You may come across a bit of dirt, a cobweb, or a fly inside the house, if you are not able to cope with this please consider booking into a more expensive hotel. We have 4 rooms if you need more space please check out other listings - they all have the same front photo. Location-easy access main St Ives road off A14 Farm animals are onsite plus outdoor dogs. Maybe unsuitable for anyone allergic to animals
We are very relaxed about sharing our home with guests. You are encouraged to make yourself at home. We are quite often working just out on the farm, so you will have the house to yourself for most of the time. If you need us, we are just a phone call away.
Cullum Farm is the first house on the main road leading to St Ives from the A14 - front and back views are to open farmland.
  • You get a basic home from home with a relaxed atmosphere

You have your own entrance to 2 private rooms. Your bedroom is the first floor and your own TV room with kitchenette area is downstairs. . This is ideal if you're working away from home. Both the rooms are light and spacious. You have a comfy king sized bed, your en-suite has a double shower and your private TV lounge has a kitchenette area with a small fridge, microwave, toaster & kettle.
You'll find tea, coffee, milk and sugar in your room. Washing & drying facilities ( small charge) are available and there is off road parking available. We're in a quiet area so this is ideal if you're looking for somewhere where you can kick back and relax after work. And if there's anything you need, you only have to ask :)
You have the option of eating out with 2 pubs on the High Street and there is a great fish and chip shop / Chinese take away within a 5 minute walk. Please note the take away is closed on Mondays. You also have the option of going to the Spar where you'll find everything you need to eat in. And if there's anything you need, you only have to ask :)

  • This is by far the best value for money you can get in this great location and at the time of year. I miss out on the following week as it's unsurprisingly fully booked. I will most definitely be staying here when I'm back in the area.

  • Luana has a very nice room with en-suite bathroom. She also offered a private living room space with kettle, microwave and fridge. She is very accommodating and a very good host. I was in the local area for work and staying at her place was very convenient for me. I would recommend her to others.

  • Excellent place to stay and lovely hosts.

    Merlino2020-01-30T00:00:00Z
  • Luana has a big house so as a guest you get your own lounge which I found was excellent. Mine had tv, comfy chairs, coffee table plus a little portable laptop table, fridge - stocked with milk and water, microwave, plates, cutlery, mugs and glasses - just what you need. So many thoughtful touches. The bedroom was small but perfectly comfortable. A big wardrobe with plenty of space and a nice bathroom with a decent shower. The bed has a range of pillows so if you don't like one you can pick another - the rectangular memory foam was surprisingly comfortable and I slept very well each night. Arriving in rain after dark wasn't easy but Luana gave perfect instructions. For those working in Huntingdon the commute was good, not too much traffic and an easy journey. All in all an excellent stay, great value and I would definitely recommend it.

There is an en suite bathroom which has a bath with integrated shower head. The Reception room has one bunk bed and a single bed. Guests have the use of a private breakfast room where basic materials are provided, such a cereal, bread, Milk etc. There is also a microwave or guests to use.
Willingham is a large village within the Cambridgeshire countryside. There are three pubs in Willingham two of which serve food. We recommend the local auction house which has a cafe serving lovely homemade food during the day time. There is also an Indian restaurant, Chinese take away, fish and chip shop, post office, cash machine, small supermarket, bakery, hair dressers, delicatessen, farm shop and gym.

Coffee and tea could be made in the room and the next morning we could prepare our own breakfast. All in all a lot for little money. • Perfect weekend, catching up with friends and exploring book/tea shops. Beautifully, furnished/styled barn with incredible views of the fields surrounding it. Extremely clean and well stocked with cooking utensils. My friends and I visited Cambridge for the day (use the ring and go app as parking is about £6 for the day where as the park and ride is £6 per person!) and then Ely the next day. Using a map provided by Dessie and Paul, we enjoyed a lovely river walk and lunch in the town. Unfortunately we did not meet our hosts whilst going out and about, however Dessie and Paul made sure we knew they were near if we needed them. Thanks for a lovely time :)

We are relaxed about sharing our home with guests. You are encouraged to make yourself at home. We are quite often working just out on the farm, so you will have the house to yourself for most of the time. If you need us, we are just a phone call away.
Cullum Farm is the first house on the main road leading to St Ives from the A14 - front and back views are to open farmland
  • A home away from home. Leanne’s place is cosy and warm and so welcoming, we couldn’t have asked for better and Leanne will go above and beyond to help you. Really hope we can stay again some day!

  • This place is a special find, full of April’s pre-loved treasures. The bedroom and sitting room are cosy and comfortable, and the hosts really welcoming and helpful. The bathroom is a bit of a distance away down the stairs, but it’s not a problem. For a place with a private sitting room, it’s great value for money. The hosts recommended the Turkish restaurant in the village, Pera Palace, which was superb.

This is one of 4 rooms available, 9 miles from Cambridge which is filled with art and culture. The park and ride is close by and buses run between Cambridge and St Ives every 15 mins right through the evening. The guided bus way with its dedicated cycle path runs directly into Cambridge. The lodge is situated in the landscaped gardens of Willingham house. The rooms are good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids), there are multiple rooms for larger groups.
Our rooms are clean, tidy and functional. They are set in a very peaceful location. Toast, cereal and hot drink facilities are provided. There is an en suite bathroom which has a bath with integrated shower head. The Twin room has two single beds. Guests have the use of a private breakfast room where basic materials are provided, such a cereal, bread, Milk etc. There is also a microwave or guests to use.
Willingham is a large village within the Cambridgeshire countryside. . There are 3 pubs in Willingham 2 of which serve food. I recommend the local auction house which has a cafe serving lovely homemade food during the day time. There is also an Indian restaurant, Chinese take away, fish and chip shop, post office, cash machine, small supermarket, bakery, hair dressers, delicatessen, farm shop and gym.
  • A comfortable, inexpensive stay which basically does what it says on the tin! Very quiet place to be with amenities just around the corner

  • Great value for money. Spottless and spacious room. Free parking on site. Self access instructions very accurate. Only drawback the location, for guests who doesn't have their own car. We had our car so, we could get easily to Cambridge (about 20 minutes drive without traffic). Overall, highly recommended!
