Celui-ci se tient à 2km du village Bourg-Argental. Il est situé sur un versant Sud-Est vous offrant une vue sur la nature verdoyante, au cœur du Parc Naturel du Pilat. Le gîte est d'une superficie de 75 m2 se composant d'une pièce de vie avec une cuisine toute équipée, trois chambres et deux salles d'eau.

It is a remarkable natural site located just below the Crêt de l'Œillon and the "Trois dents"; it faces the valleys of the Rhône, the Drôme and the Alps. Through the many surrounding paths, you can discover a strong and still preserved nature. It's completely peaceful.

My accommodation is a village house located in a large shaded garden, 5 min walk to the city center (Bar, Tobacco, Bakery, Vival) and hiking trails (Saint-Jacques de Compostela, Pilat Regional Park). Summer seasonal rental to enjoy the joys of the surrounding nature. Capacity of 8 beds maximum. The village is at the crossroads of the Rhône, Loire and Ardèche - 14 km from Annonay (16 minutes from Peaugres) and 20 km from Condrieu and the Rhône Valley.

Fred and Annie welcome you to their cottage, adjoining their home."Gite le tilleul" is an old family house renovated by them. It is 2.5 km from the village of Bourg-Argental. The cottage has an area of 150 m2 with a shaded terrace, its south-east exposure offers a panorama of the Alps on a clear day.
