The room is in an Edwardian House in Bournville next to a large park. Located in a historical suburb with green spaces a plenty, it also offers great access to the city centre (12 mins by train). Ideally located for Birmingham University, Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Midlands Art Centre, and Cadbury World The room is at the back of our home and very peaceful.

  • The best Airbnb I have stayed in for the past 2 months I have been on the road for work. Sharon catered for my late arrival and was understanding of my early starts and late finishes. The home was sparkling clean and had everything you could ask for. Sharon had two amazing dogs that were extremely friendly always giving you a great welcoming when you walk through the door. The dogs (ruby and Lou Lou) are really nice company, happy to play and cuddle. Made it nice to stay in on first night and have company. Have booked my next stay already!

    This double size bedroom is on the 2nd floor so very quiet. You have access to the family bathroom/toilet & separate toilet on the 1st floor. The lounge is not for guests however feel free to swing by with a cuppa and a chat. You can help yourself to tea & coffee and prep any food in the kitchen, however we tend to cook in the evenings so let us know if you wish to cook anything. We are 5-7 min walk to Bournville station & New Street is 12 mins away for the best shopping, bars & restaurants!
    The space is a double bedroom with beautiful linen & towels provided. We're very friendly so we may be around for catch up some nights. We are keeping the lounge as our own space but if you want to make drinks in the kitchen you are welcome to tea & coffee. The room is very quiet with a black out velux window in the ceiling. Our family & friends love this room because its tucked at the top of the house and the room next door is for friends & family only so tends to be empty in the week !
    Bournville is a beautiful village on the outskirts of Birmingham. The Cadbury family built Bournville for a better lifestyle for their employees. There are 3 parks within 10 mins of our home and the street is lined with trees. There is a hairdressers & beauticians over the road as well as a cafe, an organic butchers and a florist 100 yards away. You can also go to the main High Street for a bakery, cafe, chemist and shops.

  • I was satisfied with the quality of the facilities I could access during my stay (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, etc). The location is great too, only 5-7 minutes to Kings Norton Station by walk and there are a lot of restaurant and stores nearby. The hosts were so responsive and nice during my stay. All in all, it is a highly recommended place to stay!

  • First time staying in AirBnB by myself, honestly wasn’t sure what to expect! Vikki and Sasher are lovely hosts. I really enjoyed my stay, the house is very quiet and I slept pretty well. Bedroom is just right the size & comfy, nice little bathroom and a great kitchen. The house has a cozy atmosphere and feels safe (stayed in AirBnBs where it hasn’t!) The local shops and bus stops near by, fab location. If Vikki’s place is available next time I’m down Birmingham I’ll be booking.

  • Vikki and Sacha are great hosts! I stayed with them for three weeks whilst I started my new job at the QE hospital and they made me feel at home straight away. They made space in the cupboard and fridge for me and I never felt uncomfortable or out of place going down to cook in their kitchen. They gave me great tips for the best routes to and from the hospital and on the local area. They even took my washing to a family member's house for me when their machine broke! (Gold star service!) The bedroom was nice and spacious and the bathroom clean and tidy for whenever I used it. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again and I'm back in two weeks to prove it 😁

    Our comfortable late Victorian family house is extremely well located minutes from the Kings Norton railway station, 17 minutes from New Station Station with trains every 10 minutes. There are four lovely parks within 10 minutes walk in all directions from our house. The Cotteridge shopping centre is only 5 minutes by foot. Yet Station Road is a quiet neighbourhood. Guests are welcome to sit in our pretty back garden. We also pride ourselves on our tasty breakfast served with China crockery.
    Guests can relax in our book-lined front room and also sit in our small but attractive back garden.

    Our house is a lovely terrace very near Stirchley's thriving high street (and now famous beer mile!), Cadbury World and Bournville train station for quick connections to New Street. We have a friendly ginger cat called Kip. Please note we are a vegan household and don't allow any meat or fish in our home.
    Guests have access and use of the kitchen, living room and of course the bathroom, which consists of a bath and shower.
    Stirchley is a thriving area just outside Birmingham city centre, with a wide range of places to grab a coffee, something to eat or a craft beer. There are now three tap rooms within walking distance and the Stirchley beer mile stretches from Kings Norton Train station to moments from our front door. If beer is not your thing, the historic suburb of Bournville is a short walk away. Bournville is home to Cadbury World as well as some beautiful historic buildings. Central Birmingham is 10 minutes away on the train and if footballs your thing, you can hop on the train and be at Aston Villa in less than 30 minutes.

    Quirky and interesting flat, in a vibrant area of Birmingham, close to centre by car and very regular transport links. A pull out bed on the lower level means that the space can sleep up to 4 - 2 couples or a family - ideal for a trip to Cadbury World, which is only 5 minute walk

    We are 80% complete on the renovation of the house. There are a few areas that have not yet been finished including the hallway, bathroom, and the garden. However, none of that detracts from the comfort of staying and has been taken into account in the pricing. Towels, bedding and wardrobe space is provided. There is on-street parking in the culdesac As part of your stay you will need to be comfortable with feeding our ginger Tom Cat, Samuel. He very much an outdoor cat and we doubt you will see much of him. All we ask is that if you do see him, let him in, put some freshwater and food down. He would also appreciate a little cuddle.
    Family Attractions: Cadbury's World, Cannon Hill Park and the Mac, Birmingham City Centre (think tank, library) Restaurants: Stirchley high street is a short walk away and is buzzing with independent cafes and restaurants.

    Your bedroom is a quiet room at the back of our house in Stirchley, near Bournville. We are David and Lizzie and you are welcome to our home! The train station is nearby for the uni, QE hospital, and the centre of Birmingham (New Street Station). Near the house are a number of restaurants, cafes and pubs. This is a deaf-friendly house as Lizzie knows British Sign Language (BSL) to a good level. You are welcome to sit in our garden in the summer. Cadbury's chocolate factory is nearby for a visit.
    Our house is a turn of the century terrace house typical of Birmingham. The room is at the back of the house so is nice and quiet. There is a double bed and armchair. The bathroom has a new shower. You are welcome to join us in the living room, but there is also a TV in the room if you want to relax in your room. We will provide a light breakfast of toast or cereal. We look forward to welcoming you into our home! Lizzie and David
    Stirchley is rapidly developing and new things are opening up all the time! A minutes walk from the house is a delicious bakery. Also near the house are a number of places to eat dinner including a pizzeria with a wood fired oven, a pub with a large garden and lots of Indian restaurants. There are also nice cafes for breakfast, lunch or coffee.

    Sunnybrae is a historic Bournville home built for the first secretary of the Bournville Village Trust in 1901. The Coach House is a self contained apartment built over the garage block, in 2016. You are near to all transport links into Birmingham, the University, QE Hospital, The Royal Orthopaedic, Bournville Police Station. We are also near The Beeches and Woodbrooke and Fircroft Colleges. This is a piece of Bournville history and we hope you enjoy visiting !
    A unique property in a unique and lovely area. The rental property is a self contained apartment over the garage, built in 2016, and comprises a double bedroom, lounge with dining table, kitchenette and shower room. In addition to the double bedroom, there is a space at the top of the landing which is perfect for one additional guest using a Z-bed (3 persons in total), if required. Secure and comfortable.     The house is a Victorian terrace some original features like fireplaces and ceiling roses! 1 mile from University and just 10 minute walk from Selly Oak and Bournville train stations. It's also close to main bus routes into the city. The bedroom is light & comfortable with a new double bed, dresser, drawers & hanging space. the rest of the house is comfortable and stylish. I'm a freelancer and live with my dog Minnie who is very friendly so dog lovers are a must!
    The house is lovely and comfortable, the bed is brand new so you'll get a great nights sleep. We are so close to main bus routes, train stations and the University, its a great base for a short or long stay in Birmingham
    Selly Park is close to Kings Heath and Moseley which are both great to go out in. There are loads of beautiful parks nearby and the University is just a mile away so the area is full of students and young graduates as well as families. it's a safe and nice area to live with loads of shops and cafes etc nearby

    The location of this apartment is perfect for a multitude of reasons. If you walk 10 minutes in one direction you have the train station, bars and shops. 10 minutes in the other direction and you have the idyllic Bournville, Cadbury World and green parks.     This Victorian modernised terraced house, with long garden is very conveniently situated for car, train and bus travel around Birmingham and is close to Cadbury world in the south of the city. As there has been a loft conversion, with en suite bathroom, the rest of the house, apart from my study, is available for guests to use privately. My neighbours are quiet and friendly, as are the chickens at the bottom of the garden! All are welcome including dogs and a nearby park is great for exercise.

Next trainstation is Kings Norton, which is very short to university and city.     This is a peaceful, no smoking and alcohol free house.
    There are beautiful parks nearby and, of course, Cadbury's World is a ten minute walk away. There are no social problems in this famously tranquil area.

There is ample free parking on-site. This quirky but cosy flat, nestled on the top floor of our centre, has one double bedroom and can comfortably sleep two guests. Travel cots can be reserved upon request. The lounge/kitchen is a compact but functional space with comfy seating, a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen.     Hello everyone, We are very friendly, clean, polite, helpful people. We can cook for you and drive you around the UK if you would like extra services at extra cost. House is very clean and quiet. Rooms are warm, dry and fresh with comfortable beds and sofas all around. There is washing and drying facilities in the house at a small fee.
    All the carpets are new and all the rooms are fresh. Fresh towels and beddings are provided. Big space with large gardens and private parking. Very peaceful place with nice view and lots of wild birds singing around.
    Bournville is famous for Cadbury's chocolate factory which is ten minutes walk from my house and the area is surrounded with beautiful natural landscapes and man-made lakes. This area is one of the best areas to live in Birmingham.

    Our semi-detached family home is ideally located just five minutes from Kings Norton railway station, which is 17 minutes by train from New Street Station in Birmingham city centre. Our house is also a few minutes walk from Cotteridge shopping centre and lovely Rowheath park. We have two guest bedrooms - one with double bed and one with single bed. We have a quiet front room for reading and guests are welcome to sit in our rear garden in summer. Offroad parking in available on our forecourt.
    We always offer guests tea or coffee on arrival and try to provide essential information to assist their stay in Birmingham.

    1 bed entire ground floor apartment with private entrance and a free allocated parking space adjacent to the property. You have access to the entire apartment including a well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, kettle & toaster, fridge freezer and washing machine. Living/dining room and a separate bedroom. The bathroom is a wet room, with shower, toilet and wash basin and heated towel rail. It’s located in SellyOak / Bournville area and has great transport links to City Centre. Selly Oak station is a 8 minute walk and 5 minute walk to bus stops on Bristol Road. Also very near to QE Hospital and University of Birmingham. Selly Oak has had a huge amount of development in recent years and the apartment is situated very close to a good range of local shops, Bars and restaurants. You can use the private garden which is shared with upstairs apartment and garden furniture and somewhere to hang out washing. We live in the upstairs apartment and ask guests to be considerate about noise after 11pm.
    Selly Oak is a lively suburb with a good range of bars, restaurants & shops (Next, TK Max, Sports Direct, Large Sainsbury supermarket (7 - minutes walk). Aldi on Bristol road is about 12-minutes’ walk as well several south east Asian supermarkets, take-aways and restaurants There is a pharmacy and walk-in medical clinical within 3-minutes’ walk (Katie Road) Cadbury World in Bournville is a 20 minutes walk Winterbourne Botanical Gardens are situated within the campus of Birmingham University (5- minute bus journey) You are a 7-minute train journey or short drive to Birmingham City Centre with its good range of theatres, cinemas, night-life and shopping in Mail Box and Bull Ring. The National Exhibition Centre and Birmingham International Airport are accessible from Birmingham New Street Station with frequent direct trains circa 10 minutes duration.

The inside is very clean, wifi works perfectly and the bed is very comfortable. Garden is also very nice, I enjoyed some time outside. I will definitely be coming back!

The extras in the fridge were very welcome as was the bag of ice in the freezer. Would definitely stay again. (For those folks attending cricket at Edgbaston it is a comfortable and pleasant 35-40 minute walk from the Stadium)

    Gorgeous 3 bed family house in trendy Stirchley, less than 10 mins walk from Bournville Station with great access to Stirchley, Kings Heath and Moseley.     Recently having undergone complete refurbishment this is a luxury home offering accommodation for up to 5 people close to Birmingham University, Cadbury World and close to train and bus links to the city centre. The road is a cul de sac so not much traffic and in a quiet residential area. Shops and restaurants and a couple of pubs are only a very short 5 minute walk away There is a railway line behind the houses opposite but noise from this is minimal as the house is fully double glazed.
    The house has a sitting room with corner sofa, chair and footstool so you can put your feet up and relax! There is a large smart TV with cable service in the sitting room as well as a toy chest for children. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need including microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and washer dryer. Cutlery, Crockery and saucepans are available for you to use as well as a well stocked herb cupboard. There is a dining table that sits 4 and a door to the back garden. A high chair is available on request. The back garden has a patio and a wooden deck both with small table and seating area. The garage is not for guest use but parking is available in front of the garage at the side of the house. Upstairs are two bedrooms, the main front double bedroom with wardrobe and drawer storage as well as full length mirror and a comfy double bed. There is an option for a single floor mattress in this bedroom for when 5 guests are staying but we suggest max 4 adults as the floor mattress is slim. A travel cot is available for the main bedroom on request but it is not suitable for 5 people as well as a travel cot. Please note there is NO STAIR GATE at the property. The iron and ironing board are kept in the wardrobe as well as a hairdryer. Bedroom two is best suited to children as it is bunk beds but they are full sized singles which will take adults if required. There is also a small wardrobe with drawer storage and some children’s books and toys. The bathroom has toilet, sink and bath with glass shower screen and shower over. As outlined, the house is listed as suitable for infants as we have a changing mat, high chair and travel cot (all on request) but parents or guardians must be aware that there is NO STAIR GATE and so infants are very welcome but at the parent or guardian’s own risk.
    Cadbury world is a 15 minute walk away and sometimes you can smell the chocolate! We are close to the University and have a canal running alongside the road which is good for short walks to feed the ducks or watch the trains on the opposite side of the road.

    Very quite residential area, safe road to be, close to supermarkets, Aldi, Sainsburys, Waitrose and others. New shopping centre and access to the canal. There are cycling routes close by. Selly oak has a good night life within walking distance, pubs, restaurants etc.

Achol gave me a lot of advice and gave me a lot of information. Birmingham is far from London and the consumption is much lower. The residence is close to the child’s summer school, very convenient, and will come again next summer.
