Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.

The view across house roofs to the iconic St James Church as you eat your meals, is great by day and stunning at night.

A picturesque and peaceful location, with immediate access to walking trails, yet only a short drive away from popular attractions including Cadwell Park, local market towns and the Lincolnshire Coast. Goulceby is a quiet village with a popular pub five minutes walk from the property. We have ample parking for vehicles, including room for vehicle trailers.

An extraordinarily spacious bungalow with period cottage features - inglenook fireplace, lots of brickwork and beams - despite being a relatively young property (built 2000). There is an excellent flow to the property and feels like a very sociable place to be, it is very well equipped, cosy and warm. Extensive outdoor patio and parking areas. We are extremely proud of our property and want our guests to enjoy it as much as we have.
