Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. Appartamento turistico ristrutturato in stile shabby chic, ottimo per soggiorno rilassante, o di lavoro, camere dotate di aria condizionata. L'appartamento dista 400 mt dalle fonti del Clitunno, 10 minuti da Spoleto, Foligno, in trenta minuti si raggiungono tutti i più suggestivi luoghi turistici umbri.
