25 sq. meter studio with a unique 25 sq. meter terrace with an incredible view of the Douro River and the city of Porto, with an equipped kitchen. Located in the Historic area of Vila Nova de Gaia, next to the wow, in the heart of the Port wine cellars, 10 minutes walk from the historic D. Luis Bridge and the Ribeira do Porto. Access to the studio is via a staircase in the historic center. The city's tourist tax is added to the price. Not recommended for people with reduced mobility. We have parking 200 meters from the studio

Panoramic São Bento
The apartment is in a completely renovated century-old building. Its location is excellent, with the city's main icons around it. 100 meters from Rua Santa Catarina, 400 meters from the Luis I Bridge, 500 meters from Ribeira, 400 meters from Torre dos Clérigos. Next to Praça dos Poveiros. The view from the apartment is fantastic. Located above São Bento Station, you can see the entire historic city. The building has an elevator and the apartment contains all the necessary elements for a great stay.
