To reach the heights of this experience there are 4 flights to climb via a traditional winding stone staircase... The apartment is ideal for business professionals, families of up to 6 people, or as a group of friends. It is important to note that the bed in the second bedroom splits into two singles and the sofa bed in the lounge into a small double bed - if you are a group of friends please be minded that although the apartment will accommodate 6 people this is NOT necessarily ideal for 6 single people. The sofa bed in the lounge is only a small double bed, whilst ideal for 1 person, I question if two people would have a comfortable nights sleep on it?

The facilities are good, place very clean, beds comfortable and it easily sleep 5-6 people. Kitchen is well equipped, and as an added treat we were left a bottle of wine. Thank-you Tim!

    The apartment has the wow factor and will delight any guest. It's clean, modern and bright and has everything you will need to create the perfect bolt hole for your stay in Nottingham. Whether you need to stay for just one night or a few weeks, the apartment will give you that home from home feeling. Please note however, it should not be considered for a party. It is situated in a residential block and therefore respect for the neighbours is paramount.
    Location is everything and being a stones throw from the Train Station and only a short walk to all of Nottingham's finest shops, restaurants and bars, you'll find yourself in the perfect place. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and being next door to the hotel, you'll feel secure in the knowledge there's always someone on hand 24/7.

    The apartment is tastefully decorated and modern with all the amenities you could want. There is one double bedroom and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. The Juliet balcony allows in lots of light and fresh air. I pride myself on making sure the apartment is spotless for guests. Perfect bolt hole for guests wanting to explore Nottingham. Facilities available include all mod cons and although you are only a stones throw from all Nottingham's restaurants, you have all the facilities to cook in house. Also available is a TV, Wifi, fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer and X-Box. The apartment is located across the road from the railway station and is set back from the main road so offers a quiet and relaxing space even though you're so centrally located. It is safe and has the added security of the Jury's Inn hotel opposite it's main entrance which is manned 24/7. Guests will have access to the whole apartment. As I wouldn't be living at the property there would be little interaction. However I would be on hand and can make myself available should guests require anything to facilitate their stay. This can include help to plan excursions, organising lifts/taxis to and from the airport etc and any other advice required. The apartment overlooks the Nottingham canal and you can often see the barges and wildlife floating up and down. The surrounding area is built-up and non-residential and therefore quiet and safe. It is well lit and well served by all means of transport including taxis, buses, trains and there's a fantastic cycle path which you can take which feeds into the Nottingham Circular Trent and Erewash Valley Canal Nature Route. The location of the apartment couldn't be better served by public transport. There is a taxi rank outside on Station Street itself and the main tram stop and railway station are at the end of the road within a minutes walk. The apartment has an assigned secure parking space.
    The Train Station is immediately across the road from the apartment. Recent modernisation of the surrounding area has attracted 2 local express supermarkets, a Starbucks coffee shop and boutique cocktail bar all on your doorstep, as well as Virgin Active Gym less than 2 mins away. This apartment would be an ideal bolt hole for anyone wishing to explore Nottingham. Day visitors, commuters or for those needing to stay a little longer would all find its location and facilities ideal.
  • Stayed for 2 nights, had everything we needed. Used sofa bed which was easy made and put away at end of our stay. Nice little touches were left for us to use. Great location for the arena and city centre, added bonus of no keys too. Sally was only a call away and clearly a great host.

Even though it's in the city centre the location was nice and quiet but you could quickly get to bars, shops and restaurants on foot.   • Sally’s apartment is perfect, we only stayed 1 night very last minute for a Mum & Daughter spontaneous trip to Nottingham. Sally responded very fast and accepted our booking for the same night. Perfect space and location for the Motor point Arena. We will definitely come back and stay here again. Thoughtful touches of Milk and Snacks were a wonderful surprise.   • This is a charming cosy garden pod. (as it says on the tin). The bed was comfortable. The en-suite was perfectly formed! Tea-making facilities. Tasteful decor. A short bus ride or taxi into town. Nice touches - fairy lights running along the gravel path, down to the air freshening spray in the loo!! All correspondence with Carl was swift and he was helpful in resolving the few questions I had. A highly recommended stay!

  • Carl’s place is one of a kind. It was a stylish and quirky space in a quiet street just outside of Nottingham. We used it as a stay over spot for a gig at rock city in the city centre. An Uber back cost us £7. The bus leaves regularly from just outside, there is permit free on street parking and there is a shop at the top of the road. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

    Our house is in a quiet location, close to the city centre (3.2 miles), free street parking, 2 min walk to the bus stop (10-15 min to the city centre by bus). Your room is on the first floor, with an en-suite bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster. It has a double bed, bedside table, a wardrobe, a TV (chrome cast, Netflix), a big table, a sofa, a small table; wi fi available.
    Our house is spacious. We are a friendly and quite a busy family so you will have your privacy but we are always there for you if needed. Our two cats are not allowed in bedrooms but our place probably is not good for you if you have alergy to cats.
    Our house is located in Colwick village, in a small, quiet and friendly neighbourhood, near the Colwick Country park. We are very close to the shops- a large retail park is 5 min drive away with a variety of shops ( Morrisons, Liddle, M&S, Next, B&M, TkMax, Boots and others) and eating out facilities ( McDonalds, KFC, Greggs, Subway, Costa). On the way to the city centre there are 2 big retail parks. A corner shop, chemist's, a carvery and a local pub are 5 min walk away.

Parking right outside the property and no issues leaving the car there all week whilst I commuted into Derby on the train. 5 min walk From Carlton station and 10 minute walk from a large retail park with eating facilities. Room was very clean and tidy, little touches like your own key, extra pillows, a bedside lamp and even phone charging cables and plug. Wendy allowed me to come and go as I pleased. All in all a great stay and i hope to stay again. Thank you

    Beautiful spacious, furnished room on first floor stairs and landing to room. This room is equipped with a Gel orthapeadic mattress double bed and a sofa bed & baby's travel cot if extra beds are needed. The bathroom shared with other guests and is located on 1st floor directly across from room. There is FREE parking on the drive if requested & Wi-Fi. Ideal as an overnight stop or short weekend getaway in suburban Nottingham.
    This large central heated room is on the first floor with a staircase to access. It has 1 double bed and 1 fold out beds if needed all with fresh duvet, pillows and fresh towels are provided, there is also storage drawers for clothes. The room is bright and airy with secure double glazing and opening windows overlooking the back garden of the property, there is a kettle with water, tea & coffee provided on your arrival. There is a communal bathroom directly opposite the room on the landing and is cleaned twice a day. If you smoke there is various (smoking areas) in he back garden and can be used whenever you like. My husband and I plus 2 other rooms listed on Airbnb share the facilities with you, however we will ensure your privacy and personal needs if requested at all times. Our cat Trevor is not allowed in any Airbnb rooms and a latch on the inside and outside of the door ensures this. Observing this house rule is appreciated. The kitchen and dining room are always available for your use at all times however please appreciate although communal it is our home and personal living space.
    This is a village after all so any local information we can supply you with as we have lived here all our lives. There's so much to do in Carlton, Gedling & Netherfield with quick access into city 3miles away 20 mins by bus .   • Debra welcomed me at the door and was friendly and bubbly from the off. The stairs are quite steep but she carried my case up for me, as I am a tad large and slow on my feet. Room was lovely and cosy and very clean. Not something I usually notice so it must have impressed me :0) The room has everything you need for a weekend stay. Teas, coffee, automatic air freshner. Very quiet when I got back quite late on saturday. I slept beautifully. The room has black out blinds for those people that need complete darkness. And the bed was very comfortable. Lovely and warm and has windows that are easy to open if you want some air. A really great experience and my first time staying in a house while host is there. Would reccomend whole heartedly. And Trevor the cat is gorgeous. I found him stretched out on the floor outside the bathroom and tickled his tummy. Whats not to love. Enjoy

Guests will have access to the TV, DVD player in the Living Room, along with Netflix and my own DVD collection. You will also be sharing the bathroom, free towels will be provided.     Colwick is a lovely little village which has a Country Park that's home to rich diverse wildlife, Colwick Racecourse ( Horses/ Greyhounds ) and it's own Primary School that houses a Short 360 aircraft which is used as a classroom. Netherfield shops ( Post Office, Co-op Supermarket, cafes, bar and numerous takeaways ) and train station ( takes you to either Grantham or Nottingham City ) are less than 10 mins walk away, Victoria Retail Park is home to a variety of retail therapy places including Morrisons Supermarket, M&S Foodhall, Costa, B&M Bargains, TKMAxx, Argos & B&Q, Lidl and KFC for the foodies. There is also a Toby Carvery on the main road, less than 10 walk. Colwick Park is a beautiful Country Park to walk around with it's 2 lakes covering 89 acres between them. Stunning in the summer but equally mesmerizing in the Autumn with the changing colours of the leaves. The West Lake at Colwick Country Park is home to the Nottingham City Open Water Swimming Centre from April to October each year. Organised swimming sessions, with lifeguards present, take place on Wednesday evenings at 6pm and Saturday afternoons at 2pm. Sports - Notts County & Nottingham Forest Football Grounds are 10/20mins away by walk/bus Trent Bridge Cricket Ground is 20/30mins away by bus/walk Motorpoint Arena is 10mins by bus, for ice hockey and concerts Theatre Royal and Concert Hall in town for shows/ concerts, 20 mins by bus Cornerhouse Complex with various restaurants and Cineworld in town too, along with Victoria Shopping Centre

    This large central heated room is on the ground floor is 1 of 3 in an end property. It has 1 double bed and 2 fold out beds if needed all with fresh duvet, pillows and fresh towels are provided, there is also storage drawers for clothes. The room is bright and airy with secure double glazing and opening windows overlooking the front of the property, there is a kettle a fridge with water, tea & coffee provided on your arrival. There is a communal bathroom at the top of the stairs and is cleaned twice a day. If you smoke there is various (smoking areas) in he back garden and can be used whenever you like. My husband and I plus 2 other rooms listed on Airbnb share the facilities with you, however we will ensure your privacy and personal needs if requested at all times. Our cat Trevor is not allowed in any Airbnb rooms and a latch on the inside and outside of the door ensures this. Observing this house rule is appreciated. The kitchen and dining room are always available for your use at all times however please appreciate although communal it is our home and personal living space.
    This is a village after all so any local information we can supply you with. There's so much to do in Carlton, Gedling & Netherfield with quick access into city 3miles away 20 mins by bus .     Our house is in a quiet location, close to the city centre (3.2 miles), free street parking, 2 min walk to the bus stop (10-15 min to the city centre by bus). Your room is on the first floor, with an en-suite bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities , a mini fridge, a toater and a coffee machine. It has a double bed, bedside table, a wardrobe, a TV (chrome cast, Netflix), a big table, a sofa, a small table; wi fi available. For families of 4-5 there is another room available next to it for2-3 persons if you are happy to share the same ensuite bathroom. It can be booked via air b and b but please contact me prior to booking.
    Our house is spacious and simple. We are a friendly and quite busy family so you will have your privacy but we are always there for you if needed. Our two cats are not allowed in bedrooms but our place probably is not good for you if you have alergy to cats.
    Our house is located in Colwick village, in a small, quiet and friendly neighbourhood, near the Colwick Country park. We are very close to the shops- a large retail park is 5 min drive away with a variety of shops ( Morrisons, Liddle, M&S, Next, B&M, TkMax, Boots and others) and eating out facilities ( McDonalds, KFC, Greggs, Subway, Costa). On the way to the city centre there are 2 big retail parks. A corner shop, chemist's, a carvery and a local pub are 5 min walk away.

    Welcome to my home! I have a very nice flat to rent, it's located in the heart of Nottingham just 2 minutes from Intu Victoria Centre. Everything is very close: Train station is 15 minutes by walk, Historic Old Market Square and Royal Theatre 10 minutes, Motorpoint arena 10 minutes, University of Nottingham 5minutes. Shops bars and restaurants are at also very close. I also have a closed privat carpark where you can leave your car for free!
    There is a large shopping center located in 3 mins from the flat. It’s called InTu Victoria Shopping center with loads of shops and Tesco. There is also an Aldi 2 mins or a Convenience Shop just on the otherside of the road with and ATM cash point.
  • Excellent little spot to stay if you're visiting Nottingham on business or pleasure. Perfect for ice hockey fans as the Motorpoint Arena is a short walk away. Great place, great host.

Joe's communication and swift responses are both valued and made our trip easier, especially as we travelled from very far away to stay. The flat is secure, but as we know nottingham well we also know it is on the edge of the rough part of the city. We had no issues but book taxis into and back from the city to be safe, especially women travelling alone! Taxis are super cheap. DG cars are best. Average pickup is 3 mins.

    My place is unique because of the location. It is basic accommodation hence the very cheap price to stay however if you just want somewhere cheap and cheerful and you are not planning on staying in the apartment all day/night then this is a great pit stop to explore Nottingham and get a good night's sleep with a hot shower.
    You are in the city so it can be noisy depending on what is going on. The arena is a 5 min walk away and the Victoria Centre is across the road

    This listing is for a quite cosy medium sized double bedroom in a stunning and imposing 1930s character house. Guests will have access to a main bathroom and toilet.
    The house is located on Rolleston Drive in Lenton which has a broad range of amenities including: convenience stores, local shops, pubs, bars, parks and a cinema. Guests can also easily access Nottingham City Centre which is either a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute bus ride.
  • Very nice room and great location, kitchen downstairs has fridge freezer, microwave and oven with utensils and plates ready for your use. Warm and cosy house, and a good shower. The only thing which was not expected was the parking which would have been a problem if we had not been come after the restricted period which is 6 oclock midweek and Saturday, but Sundays are unrestricted however. There is another street which is near by howver which is 3 hours free parking

  • The room was perfect for what I needed. Cosy and comfortable, as described. I liked being able to control the temperature in my room too. I was met by Peter's Dad, Paul who was warm and friendly providing me with the information I needed. The shower was hot and efficient and it was handy to be able to make a cuppa which I wasn't anticipating. My daughter is at Uni so will definitely come back in the future.

    Large bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. There is a wall mounted TV with over 40 channels as well as a desk for studying. The room has a large wardrobe as well as bedside tables with lamps. Fresh towels are provided and you will have access to the kitchen for any cooking requirements and the living room to relax. The property is a 15min bus ride / 8 min train ride to the city and my property is located in a peaceful cul-de-sac to guarantee a great nights sleep.
    A large double room with TV, ensuite bathroom and shower, wardrobes and drawers for storage. A quiet study area as well as a large modern kitchen with all accessories. There is a front and rear garden as well as an additional bathroom. I work and so quite often the house will be your own during the day and evening.
    The neighbourhood has everything a guest requires from supermarket, takeaways, hairdressers, bus routes, a railways station, off licence and doctors surgery. There is a leisure centre with a gym and swimming pool within close proximity too.

    This is a bedroom in a clean, comfortable & well-appointed home with one live-in owner. I also host Airbnb guests in another double bedroom.
    This is a residential neighbourhood with a very diverse population. I've lived here for over fifteen years and I know many of my neighbours. There are two supermarkets, a 24 hour gym and a climbing centre within a few minutes walk.

    Beautiful extremely large sunny double/family room with large bay windows. Lots of storage space with tea and coffee making facilities. Separate bathroom and toilet across the landing plus a single bed room on the same landing directly next door to the double room for families please see booking details for extra guests.
    This is a large central heated double bedroom with lock & key on the first floor, with a seperate single room with lock & key adjacent. These rooms can be booked for your guest or family traveling with you, please see extra persons cost. There is a flight of stairs on to a Landing for access to the rooms. On the same landing there is a large bathroom with sink, shower and a bath with separate toilet. Downstairs on ground floor is a large front dining room with a table and chairs this is an excellent space for laptops & paperwork if you need office space or of course to eat your meals. This room is rarely used by the host so can be booked for meetings if required. A fully equipped kitchen is across the entrance hall and directly opposite to dining room. The host has their private living area on the ground floor also. The bus stop directly into the city is situated outside the house with a local supermarket to the left and a public house the 'Inn For A Penny' on the left. Theres is plenty on street parking or for larger vehicles the use of the pub carpark directly next door to the property.
    This is a village after all so any local information we can supply you with. There's so much to do in Carlton, Gedling & Netherfield with quick access into city of Nottingham which is 3 miles away 20 mins by bus. We are a green belt area so lots of beautiful country walks riverside experience and nature reserves on our doorstep. The street has free parking, quiet but busy, people are friendly locally and our neighbour's are the same, they are also approachable if needed. This is a quiet neighbourhood with a local 2mins walk Petrol Station/Supermarket/Off Licence & a friendly Bar/Restaurant that offers daily food menu. There is a nearby shopping (small) centre and then a large retail shopping park in Netherfiel about a mile radius. We are directly next to a cricket playing field, tennis courts and bowling green. there is a ten minute walk to Carlton train station with regular trains into the city or Newark & Lincoln.

    Small but Spacious single room with a 1 X Bunk Bed and an extra sofa bed is possible if required. Furnished with drawer unit desk and chair. Brilliant cheap cosy overnight stay. The shared bathroom is on the same floor and cleaned twice daily.
    This single, light but spacious central heated room is on the 1st floor and is 1 of 3 in an end council property. It has 1 bunk beds x 2 and 1 sofa beds if needed. All fresh duvet, pillows and towels are provided, there is also storage drawers for clothes. The room is bright and airy with secure double glazing and opening windows overlooking the rear of the property, there is fresh bottled water provided on your arrival. There is a communal bathroom directly adjacent to the room and it is cleaned twice a day. If you smoke there is a sheltered outdoor space with comfortable seating. My husband and I plus 2 other rooms listed on Airbnb share the facilities with you, however we will ensure your privacy and personal needs if requested at all times. Our cat Trevor is not allowed in any Airbnb rooms and a latch on the inside and outside of the door ensures this. Observing this house rule is appreciated. The kitchen and dining room are always available for your use at all times however please appreciate although communal it is our home and personal living space. Close to Nottingham City the sites and historic places to visit easy access 5mins to bus and train station approx 15mins into city buses every 20mins. Local retail park with places to eat and high Street named shops. Public house across the road serves food and weekend entertainment. 4 other pubs locally offering live entertainment, real ales and good food.
