Please note, the water level is highest from May-August. This home accommodates 4 adults max & 3 children. The dock does NOT have water at it during winter/early spring drawdown (typically Oct–April). Guests can still walk to the shoreline.

“Majestic Memories” Lakefront and Smoky Mountain

Newly remodeled LAKEFRONT home on DOUGLAS LAKE in Dandridge Tn. Very convenient drive to UTK, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Knoxville. Bring your fishing poles and enjoy this 4 bedroom 3 bath home with incredible mountain and lake views. NOTE- Douglas Lake is operated by TVA and the lake levels are lowered from fall to spring. There will not be water at the boat docks during this time.
