You live within walking distance to the fast boat dock and it takes only 10 minutes until you are in the center of Ålesund. Short walk to Langevåg town centre where you will find Devoldfabrikken with outlet stores, cafes, and artisans. There is electric car charging. Close to sports facilities, outdoor park and hiking trail. And you have Sulafjellet not far away with a built up mountain trail and many different hiking destinations. Excellent starting point for day trips throughout the region.

On the edge of a "jøl" (a type of riverbank), created by the river's thousand-year effort to reach the fjord, the cabin partially floats in the terrain. Situated completely by itself without close neighbors, but overlooking the cultural landscape and village, this is a perfect place for both relaxation and activity.

The place is located just outside the fantastic Ålesund! By speedboat from Langevåg, you can reach the centre of Ålesund in 10 minutes; by car, it takes 30 minutes. It is only 500 m to the nearest grocery store.
