Just 3 blocks to CSU, 2 blocks to Old Town, and all the dining, breweries and shopping Fort Collins has to offer, plus a Lucky's Market grocery store 1 block away. The condo itself has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom a pull out sofa, and a well stocked kitchen. Perfect for couples or friends. This is a downtown location, so if you are noise sensitive, keep in mind there will be typical downtown noises etc

This studio was built in the summer of 2016 and is fully furnished with everything you will need. It is located less than a mile from beautiful Old Town Fort Collins! Very comfortable for 2-4 people, kid/family friendly with a couch that converts to a bed in the downstairs living space. I also have two classic bikes for guests to use during their stay.
