The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the chairlift that leads to the Motta Naluns hiking and skiing area, which is connected to Scuol. Free parking is available on site.

Centrally located 3.5-room apartment. Shopping and post office are just vis-a-Vis of the apartment. The apartment has two bedrooms as well as a living room. There are also two sleeping options in the living room. One room has a cabin bed, for this reason only five beds are indicated. However, the apartment has six sleeping options. Kitchen is spacious.
