Now we are finally renting out our newly renovated (completed 2022) unique farmhouse with 1 room and kitchen spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4. The bathroom of the courtyard house is a pearl, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs is the bedroom, 160 cm bed, a small sofa and armchair and a swivel smart TV. The courtyard house is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

40 m2 house with a cosy sleeping loft accessed via a ladder, and a 140 cm sofa bed. Built in 2019 and is close to the family house. In the house there is also a lovely massage chair that can be used unlimited. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and fridge-freezer. If a washing machine is needed, it can be arranged in the main house. The bed is made up and towels/bath towels and robes are available for you. Here at Solgården, we are offering this lovely brewery house of about 25 square metres with a loft (low ceiling height), 3 beds and a sofa bed for two in the living room. With a glassed patio and a porch, the living space will be twice as large. Lillstugan has two beds. Good equipped kitchen, toilet and shower. The location is fantastic, with a sea view and access to a jetty where you can enjoy swimming and sunbathing, or borrow our two canoes for a trip out into the bay. Enjoy good dinner, barbecue and at the same time watch the sun go down.

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

Spacious, cozy apartment, about 80 sqm, with its own entrance and a cozy little patio with the possibility of barbecuing. The apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom and is secluded in the basement of my own villa in Gamla Gefle. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects.
