Marilin's place was one of the best AirBnB stays I've had. It's incredibly well-thought out design with small touches that make it so comfortable. The setting is really beautiful and peaceful. I would stay with Marilin again upon my return to the area. It is located close to the highway, and YMCA if you're a member.

This is a beautiful place hosted by a friendly couple. We enjoyed our weekend of fishing. Not a great haul, but we didn’t get skunked! Look forward to returning.

Michael was an excellent host. Him and his wife were very friendly and personable. Extremely quick to answer any question I had. And very helpful. Their rental is super clean and has everything you need. Not to mention they are very close to some awesome fishing. You are close to any store or restaurant you could want. Had a great time staying here. And would highly recommend this rental to anyone.

Simply awesome place and hosts. 10/10 would recommend. They responded to anything super fast and were very easygoing and flexible for anything I needed. If your questioning it, don't. Neighbors were slightly noisy but it didn't bother us! I could see how some would want to use earplugs but I didn't need them. Thanks again Tara and Kevin!

This a nicely designed 1-br basement apt. Everything one needs is here. Close to grocery stores and many restaurants. There is a fully functioning kitchen here, just be aware it can get smokey while cooking. But a great place

Very nice place. Very clean and comfortable. A little dark, definitely feels like a basement and the noise from residents upstairs was just a small problem, but understand they live there.

Nice house right on the lake, very clean, and close to plenty of restaurants and downtown Gainesville, also 30 minutes or so to the mountains, we enjoyed our stay and will probably be back!

Crystal’s place is absolutely adorable! We were able to stay last minute here for a weekend wedding we were attending. She was super quick to respond and answered any questions we had.

Cesar & his family had me over at their place for the night! The stay was incredible! It all started with him picking me up upon arrival, offering many local tips. Very welcoming and always there to answer any questions & make me feel at home. The house is on the ground floor with private access. A huge living room, a well equipped kitchen & a lovely warm shower made the experience flawless. Wonderful stay. Awesome amenities and personal touches inside the unit. Pretty much anything you may need is supplied to get you started or in case you forgot something. The area itself is also very nice and friendly and safe. Gainesville is a great location. Private entry and personal washer/dryer were musts on my needs and this stay did not disappoint. The toilet and shower area are a little tight spaced so one must be careful with entry and exit from the shower with its slightly uneven floor. Nice and quiet area and hosts. The hosts checked in on me via digital communication from time to time which was greatly appreciated. And their responses to any questions I had were answered well within 30 minutes.

Very nicely set up basement apartment. Absolutely everything you need is here, fully stocked kitchen with a W/D. Even though its a basement apartment, the hosts aren't noisey. Geat neighborhood close to grocery, restuarants, and hospital.

Great accommodations in a great location. Fell in love with Gainesville. Close to North Georgia,Buford, and Atlanta (but nothing to close). Full kitchen and laundry were fantastic perks.

This small apartment was an outstanding space. Had all the comforts of home. Bed was comfortable and took advantage of the Hulu subscription one evening. The bathroom is small but all the other spaces were fantastic. We will look to rent this space again when we are back in Gainesville for a swim meet.

Such a safe space feeling. If this is your first time doing the shared space Graham’s ( The Ranch in the City) is definitely the place to be. It spoke volumes tome when I met other travelers that ask the question where are you staying? As I respond -at Graham’s place... Immediately they respond... “I know Graham I stayed with him multiple times and each time was great!” Easy lines of communication, tips on local eats, and questions for improving your stay like what could make your stay better daily!!! Five STAR rating from me!!!!

I talked with and met Hahn to go through how to get in and around about the house. I thought and felt like I had the whole house to myself very very quiet. Very hospitable could not think of a thing to change I would’ve stayed longer but my children are in The north part of Gainesville. Anybody who’s looking for a great place to stay pick this one!!! The park is only blocks away and it is a very safe and nice neighborhood

We fell in love with this home! I felt like I was walking into my grandparents house and I felt so welcomed! I love the family tree history that is available to see when you stay at this home. We would definitely love to stay there again in the future.

This house has a lot of room, beds are luxurious, the room is very relaxing even at night looking at the night sky, deer playing in the backyard, the decoration in the house feels like you walked back into the 50's. It is sparkling clean, it has everything you could possibly need smells nice, beautifully decorated and at a great price. The owners are very nice and friendly, accommodating and answer quickly. I'd reccomend this house and I'd stay here again myself . The lake and many parks are very close as well as grocery stores, restaurantsand shopping. Huge front and backyard with a garage. Nice neighborhood not to close to other houses.

Home away from home. We really enjoyed the small deer herd that made itself at home just outside the back door.

This place is fantastic. We were in town for a fishing tournament and usually space is a concern when parking two boats and two trucks, but not here. The house was very clean and even though the house is 50s themed everything that needed to be modern was, such as TVs, beds, and many other things.

The house is very nice, for short and long seasons. It is equipped full; Beautiful space to work, rest. Easy to arrive Secure closed garage. Forest too. Those who like to make roasts. I recommend it and we hope to return whenever we travel for a walk to South Carolina and North Carolina, also to Georgia, the location near beautiful places to meet is perfect. In summer I recommend going to the waterfalls and rivers very close to this house.

Carol’s place is always perfect. It’s really close to town, always clean and she is always available if I have a need. I always stay here when I’m in town.

The cottage has so much more outdoor and special space than expected! A very comfy, well appointed screened in patio, a charming but modern and open kitchen, and a just as lovely oversized front porch with a swing meant the hardest thing to decide in the morning was where to sit for coffee. Great location, too- all round lovely stay!

Definitely one of the best air bnb’s I have been at this far. They have a little farm with cute baby goats etc very spacious 1bd room apt. Very quiet and clean it’s everything you would expect and more. Hospitality was immaculate. I rented it out for my mother in law and she loved it!!

The place is located in a great neighborhood with Separate entrance that you can access with your personal code or downloading an app. I like the great media room, the fridge and microwave which are very important in these days where you can’t go out to eat at restaurants.

The hosts are very kind and accommodating. Not only is the space clean & cozy, but there is much attention paid to the to details. They have extra towels, a fridge, dishes, coffee, etc. They even took the time to write out instructions on where everything is & how everything works, making it user-friendly. It shows they really care about guest experiences. 10/10 recommended.

This charming cabin is truly a quiet place on the lake. I knew this neighborhood from years ago and it is everything I remember. Having coffee, meals and wine on the deck with that lake view is amazing. The cabin is charming and comfortable. The wooded surroundings are peaceful and natural. And Sheila puts the "super" in Super Host. She's very welcoming and responsive. Quiet Place on the Lake is a truly special place!

This space is in an unfinished but very clean basement. There are two rooms that open into a large common area with refrigerator and microwave. There is a private restroom and a minifridge in the room. The bed is very comfortable with nice firm pillows. Note, the bedroom has no windows.

I was hesitant at first, as this was my first bnb experience with the host in hoke, but Lawrence made me feel right at home. His place was clean, and his space is nice. The bedroom was comfortable, with a nice big window. His dog, Lucy, is as friendly as can be. Definitely will be staying again

Yaneth is such a wonderful and a kind host who makes you feel great with her positive attitude and thoughts. The communication with her went very smooth. I definitely recommend this marvelous apartment to anyone looking for a place in this area. It is sparkling clean and has all amenities you need for a short stay.

Beautiful, comfortable, and clean space! The amenities are superb and Yaneth is so welcoming and helpful with recommendations for things to do! We felt private and cared for at the same time. Check in and check out is seamless. We would definitely stay again!
