The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The beautiful village park with lake as well as restaurants, shopping, pharmacies, doctors, hairdresser etc. are reachable in a few minutes' walk.

The entrance is separate and the tenant is therefore independent of the landlord. There is a private parking space at the house. A bus to Oldenburg leaves only 5 minutes away.

Quiet and cozy apartment (about 32 m²) in a two-family house (1st floor) in the Eversten district (15 min. by bike to the city center). It offers space for a maximum of 4 people, but is not suitable for infants. A fold-out staircase in the bedroom leads to a 2nd bedroom (1.5 m max. ceiling height) and the chaise longue in the living-dining room offers another sleeping place.
