Mit viel Liebe zum Detail und einem Herz für die schönen Dinge des Lebens haben wir, Sophie & Florian, die es nach einigen Jahren in der Großstadt wieder zurück in die Heimat gezogen hat, diese 132 m2 große Ferienwohnung gestaltet. Das Ergebnis: Ein ganz privater Rückzugsort für Ruhesuchende, Naturliebhaber, Sportbegeisterte, Hochzeitsgäste und alle, die einen entspannten Urlaub im herrlichen Salzkammergut genießen wollen.

Genießen Sie den Ausblick in dieser ruhigen (Ende der Straße, neben Feldern) und zentral (7 min. zu Fuß in den Ort, 10 min. zum See) gelegenen Unterkunft. Die Terrasse vor der Küche, mit Blick auf den See, lädt zum Frühstücken ein, die zweite Terrasse vor dem Wohn-/Schlafraum, zu einem "Sundowner" bei Sonnenuntergangsstimmung, Seeblick und Lagerfeuerromantik. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und Garten. Ein kostenloser, videoüberwachter Gästeparkplatz steht zur Verfügung.

Quiet apartment in old town house at the Dreiflußeck

The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

Kick back and relax in this calm, rustic space on the edge of Steyrling surrounded by mountains, forests, rivers and lakes. The apartment is fully equipped, from the dishwasher to the gas grill to the hand blender. With sauna, garden, lounge. It is 3 minutes by car to the reservoir. The Steyrling river flows not far from the house. In summer there are beautiful gravel banks and the opportunity to refresh yourself. (200 m from the house). The inn and village store are a 5-minute walk.

Pötti Studios. Studio in Ruhelage

Unterkunft in absoluter Ruhelage in mitten einer schönen Landschaft mit eigenem Eingang. Es handelt sich um einen umgebauten Stadel in einem Bauernhof, welcher hauptsächlich für musikalische Zwecke genutzt wird. Neben einem großen Studio befinden sich hier 2 Gästezimmer, Bad, WC und eine voll ausgestattete Küche/Aufenthaltsraum (Backrohr, Kochplatten, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine,, usw...). Auf Anfrage können weitere Gäste im großen Studio oder im Tiny House einquartiert werden.

Spacy apartment near the Danube Valley

Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Niederkappel, up in the heights of the Mühlviertel right behind the Danube Valley between Passau and Linz. Important information for bikers traveling on the Danube cycle path: From the Danube banks (Obermühl) it's a 3km steep, exhausting climb up to Niederkappel. If you are fit enough for that, you are very welcome to stay at our place. The views down onto the Danube will compensate for the efforts.

Cosy 3-room apartment with huge roof terrace and Danube view! The apartment consists of two bedrooms and a kitchen-living room. The bathroom includes a bathtub and an additional separate shower. Fresh towels, soap, lotion and hygiene products are of course available here. Both bedrooms are equipped with a 1.80 metre bed and fresh cotton bed linen. The kitchen includes everything necessary for cooking and for tea and coffee is also provided.

Lakeview Apartment Fernblick

This apartment, located on the top floor (2nd floor), has a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. With only a 2-minute walk into the center of the village, you are close to everything that St. Wolfgang has to offer and the hiking trails start right outside the door. Public parking close by, fee € 8 / 24h or a couple of 100 m away for € 20 / week.
