I love staying at the Benton House! It is cozy and cute! It's not far from the town center!

Super cute decor! The queen bed is super comfortable! Best sleep away from home ever! Great location too!

We stayed for a few days while exploring Branson. Love this house. Very quiet and peaceful. Easy check in, good communication! We will definitely stay there again. The town is small and lots of shopping ( Frenzys is a cute boutique )and food options to choose from ( T's bbq was also quiet good ).

Marti & Debbie were fantastic hosts. We loved our stay in their cozy cottage. It is full of charm and has everything you need and expect. We plan on making Benton House Retreat our home away from home for all our future visits to Harrison.

My husband and I really enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Benton House Retreat. It was very relaxing and had everything we needed. Marti & Debbie were excellent communicators and made check in/out convenient. They gave us suggestions on hiking. The Lost Valley Trail was a beautiful area. We also took advantage of the spa services at Benton House Designs. The massages were excellent.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is adorable. Since we came in town to do some hiking, the location was perfectly situated where we could easily access the highway to go hiking and also restaurants. We booked massages at the spa for after our hiking, and even the massages were wonderful!! The gift shop was so nice. One evening we sat outside on the patio under the lights and drank wine before heading to our dinner. Anytime we had a question Marti and Debbie were extremely responsive. They were so sweet!! We highly recommend the place to anyone. :)

Katelynn's Place is one of the most perfect spaces I've ever AirBnb'd in! Nathan and Tracy have excellent response time, the place is kept very clean, and for being a tiny house, they provide you with everything you need for a long or short stay. The house comes with everything you need to stay in and enjoy your time at 'home'. The location is great! It's off of main roads, but close enough to main town to make getting extra things or good food easy. It's also close to so much outdoor and recreational activities. If that's your goal for your stay, it's absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend a stay here to anyone asking about accommodations in the area.

Scott was so friendly and welcoming! His apartment was sparkling clean and quite spacious for just a 1 bedroom. The pantry and fridge had a nice selection of food, laundry detergent was available to wash my clothes, and he even had his friend bring me a potato peeler when I couldn't find one in the kitchen. Excellent hospitality! Pricing is perfect and the apartment was so cozy. Thank you again for a fantastic stay!

Scott's place is a small piece of heaven! The apartment is sparkling clean, well kept and peaceful! Scott is an amazing host! He stayed in contact with me and was so quick to respond to any questions before my trip and during! Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful! The directions are perfect and it's easy to find and was close to a lot of great areas! I would love to stay again during my next trip that way!

This space is amazing. WE loved the hot tub on the back deck, the grill, the fireplace, and the solitude. Lots of places to hike nearby. Couldn't have picked a better getaway for my wife and I.

This cabin was absolutely everything we could have wanted. It was sparkling clean, the hot tub was AMAZING, we wished we were there longer! We ended up getting lost/delayed by about 30 minutes because we lost reception on the way out there, so I'd definitely recommend taking a screen shot of the directions! But once you reach the JB Trading Co it was really easy to find!

The cabin exceeded our expectations! Check-in was simple, communication was excellent, and the cabin was spotless. It had everything we could have needed or wanted. There is a beautiful waterfall less than a mile from the cabin. And if you get the chance that we did, relax in the hot tub and enjoy the star-filled sky or the view of snow falling. This is the perfect place to get away!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. Convenient to lots and safe neighborhood. Home was very stylish, with modern and updated amenities. My mother in law loved the upgraded adjustable mattress in the master bedroom. Would definitely stay here again!

A great stay! Two sets of stairs so if you have small children, ideal to bring gates! Love the personal touches erica did for us! Would recommend a stay here to anyone visiting! The driveway has a slight sharp incline that will scrap the bottom of your car, so be careful there.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the Blue Door, our teens loved the house as did we. Lots of space, and the kitchen was our favorite room. 😊

Great stay! If you have a small car it will scrape on the driveway just as an FYI, nothing bad though. And she is awesome and great at responding I have referred her place to all of my relatives who visit the area as well! Cannot wait to come back! Also her kitchen is stunning!!!!

Linda's home is situated in a beautiful, established neighborhood that feels private and is very safe. It's easy to find, close to downtown, and has easy access to highways. Her home is so welcoming and beautiful, filled with artwork and tasteful posters from her work in national parks. She has fascinating stories to tell if you are interested, and is also happy to let you do your own thing. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfortable and very private. The bed was so comfy, and everything was sparking clean! Her dog, Molly is a darling, and if you love dogs, she will steal your heart. She is super well trained, and stays in her part of the house, never going in the guest quarters. We highly recommend Molly's Place and would stay there again without hesitation! We feel like we made a new friend! Actually, two, including sweet Molly!

The house was unique with some special touches and was quite spacious. The beds were all very comfortable and the linens were great! Beautiful view from all bedrooms. We were 20-40 minutes from fantastic hiking, the Ponca elk herd, Buffalo River, Branson and Eureka Springs. Harrison is a nice, quaint town and Cliff and Linda had lots of information and suggestions. Loved our stay!

Our party of four had a great stay. This beautiful home built in the late 60's looks like it was frozen in time and just waiting for our arrival. The custom woodwork throughout was perfect and looked brand new. The online pictures just show a fraction of the beauty of this home. You should definitely consider this property if your stay takes you in the area.

This is a beautiful cabin in the woods with everything you need. Loved the fire pit, fireplace and fabulous night sky ( look for the Milky Way)! The driveway would be very difficult for a motorcycle (we were on a 3-wheel Harley and it was challenging). Be sure to go: to Jasper for the Ozark Cafe and Emma’s Museum of Junk, see the elk in Boxley Valley and go to Eureka Springs.

Perfect cabin nestled in the woods away from it all. Very well stocked with everything you could need. Clint was a gracious host (even when he had to come open the door when we couldn’t figure it out). Haha Look forward to coming back again soon.

We had a great weekend getaway!

Stayed in The Original with my husband and our 3 kids (ages 16, 3, and 4 months) and it was exactly what we were looking for. The cabin is perfectly secluded but easy to find with the directions provided. We loved the private “backyard” area and spent time out there cooking over the fire and exploring. Pruitt’s Landing was right down the road and was perfect for spending the day at the river. It was an easy drive to the Ozark Campground swimming hole and Erbie. We even drove an easy 30 minutes to swim at Steel Creek. Perfect location and perfect amenities. Will definitely recommend it to others and would stay with the family here again!

Such a beautiful cottage with beautiful surroundings. My wife and I spent a few days here for our anniversary and fell in love with this place! Incredibly clean, with all the amenities we expected. Truly a spectacular spot that is a terrific place to unwind!

Amazingly serene and cute! The sound and lights in the waterfall/koi pond made the ambiance overlooking the hills, next to the fire pit. Inside was cute and cozy as can be, but spacious feeling with vaulted ceilings. Love this place!

Reading the other comments you expect this place to be something, well let me tell you the comments do not do this place justice. The views were absolutely beautiful, the cottage was absolutely breathe taking with all the thought put into the decorations, and the land that the cottage is actually on from the Koi pond, to the fire pit (much used), and the horticulture it was just the perfect weekend to just get away for the Wife and I thank you so much.

My boyfriend and I wanted to find a nice place to stay near hiking trails and Holly’s Cabin was perfect. The kitchen is amazing and there were great amenities. The cabin is less than a mile from Hemmed in Hollows trailhead. JB’s trading post which is about a mile away had great breakfast and every basic necessity you need. We will definitely be staying here again! If you are looking to find a place in a remote area with natural beauty and places to hike, then Holly’s Cabin is the place for you.

The cabin was cozy, clean and the outside was well kept. cabin sits on 10 acres Breathtaking!

The cabin was such a perfect place to relax and use as a hiking hub. It's right next to the Hemmended in the Hollows trail (you could walk from the cabin if you wanted) and just a few miles from Centerpoint trail and a few others. The little camp store, on the main road, JB's is closed on Sundays but has great breakfast egg biscuits and has little flyers on each of the area trails (also is a gas station). There's another camp store in Ponca but in general, you're best off arriving in the area with groceries if you plan to cook at all or if you want certain things for breakfast or lunch. We enjoyed the sandwiches at the Buffalo Outdoor Center in Ponca for lunch both days but then drove to Harrison (the next bigger town over) for dinner one night. The cabin itself is super comfy. There's a back porch on the second floor that is perfect for watching the sunset. There's plenty of hot water for showers. The king size bed downstairs was great and so were the couch and big armchair for reading and watching DVDs at night. There is also coffee and hot chocolate available. There's no wifi (which was a nice way to unplug from work) but our Verizon phones did fine with reception from the cabin. It's a perfect escape in back country Arkansas and we would stay here again in a heartbeat if the opportunity presents itself!!!

Staying at this cabin was a delight! It was easy to get to yet out of the way for some peace and quiet. Just a stone's throw from a trailhead we hiked on Saturday. The cabin was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the coffee provided. It was also nice to be able to utilize the kitchen to cook. I was definitely recommend and we're looking forward to going back sometime.

This place is better than the pictures. The hot tub is awesome and the place is very unique. Easily enough room for 2-6 people. David and his wife were great. The place was clean and felt like a hotel. I’d 100% stay here again and I’d recommend to anyone.

Great place very nice very friendly people

It was a cozy and stylish cabin tucked away off the main road. David was quick to respond and accommodating to any last-minute requests that we had. It had an electric fireplace to keep the space warm, full kitchen along with necessary amenities to make our stay as warm and welcome as possible. It's a great location between the Ozark National Forest and Buffalo River if you want to spend a weekend getaway exploring!

Cute little cabin in the woods. Very cozy and homelike. I went in December and enjoyed the electric fireplace and the Christmas decor they had put out. It was perfect for me and my two golden retrievers.

This was my first Airbnb and I am so glad I chose this location! The cabin was very clean and provided amenities such as towels, linens, dishes, and even some spices for cooking! It is set in a peaceful location at the end of a small gravel road. The cabin is close driving distance to all kinds of spectacular hiking trails as well as just a few short miles to Harrison (in case you need supplies or are tired of cooking!). We enjoyed the gas fireplace in the evening watching movies after long day hikes. My teens even enjoyed this trip/location - so if that isn't enough for a GREAT review, then I don't know what is! :-)

This place is private and secluded, yet very close to some great hiking and biking. Big Bluff, Centerpoint trailhead, is very close by. It is a short drive to Ponca and the Buffalo River. The outdoor hot tub is an awesome add on. The host is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this A-Frame.

This tiny house was everything we needed! Mrs. Vicki knew it was for my mother’s birthday and even put a happy birthday wreath on the door. Everything was very clean and it was the perfect distance between trails and Branson! Loved the fireplace outside and well maintained road. We will definitely want to stay here again!

Vicki’s Cottage is perfect! Just the right amount of space for 4 people! Beds are very confortable, kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking items needed, and the land is beautiful! Easy to get to Harrison for some shopping, the Ozarks for some hiking, and to Branson for some touring! We had a great time! Vicki is super helpful and very fast to respond! She helped us with everything we asked and more! She gave plenty of local tips of places to eat, things to do, etc. We loved it!

The cottage was incredibly clean and we'll put together as a whole. It provided character and aesthetic which really showed the host's personality. To top it off is the location which is close enough for going on an adventure in every direction. It's a bargain of a place to stay if you plan on getting away from the constraints of everyday life in Arkansas.

We choose this place for a few primary reasons. It was affordable, had a kitchen and shower, and was a little over thirty minutes from Horseshoe Canyon Ranch, once you are comfortable driving a little faster on the twisty roads. There were four of us, two adults and two kids. The bunk beds were perfect for the kids and my wife and I slept on the pull out couch. It was super clean, lot so nice little touches to make it even easier to stay. We are rock climbers but my wife isn't a big fan of tent camping, so while you can rent cabins and Horseshoe Canyon Ranch, they can be booked, are more expensive, and you can't get a refund if the weather looks like it's going to be bad. It was about 40 minutes to the ranch the first time we drove and about 35 minutes each time after. We will most definitely use this place as our home base when we come down for extended climbing trips.

Teena’s cabin is very cute and was the perfect place to stay! It is relatively close to everything that we wanted to do!

Although its not your typical location, its still a cabin and it felt that way once we were inside. We have had a great stay.

Cute little cabin right off a major highway, which makes it perfect if you’re planning on spending time exploring around the area in all different directions. About 5 minutes from groceries and gas, it makes a great place to rest your head and refuel for the next day’s adventures.

Awesome location for us as we were staying in the area to attend our college son's baseball games in Harrison. 20 minutes from Branson and about the same to Jasper which has the Ozark Cafe!!! It is right off the highway so the road noise is very loud when sleeping upstairs, but not so much in the lower portion of the cabin. It is next to what seems to be an abandoned building and one that others stay in. Behind it is a dry creek bed, could be just a wet weather creek? The cabin itself is very adorable and perfect size for our family of 4. If you are like me and live sleeping in the clouds the upstairs bed is perfect! Host is very quick to respond to messages. Tiny nails have popped up on the real wood flooring and may catch your house socks and may be a surprise for tender feet. Great place for the money!

A very unique stay and a great value for a cabin in the Harrison, Arkansas area. We stayed 2 nights and Shane was very quick to communicate with us and even checked in on us during our stay. Very clean linens as well!

The setting for this cabin was so peaceful and isolated- I loved it. I appreciated the call ahead with excellent directions. The rough, dirt road leading to the cabin is about 2 and a half miles but don't give up- sitting on the swing on the porch of the cabin makes it all worth it- the waterfall and mountain stream were so relaxing. We had bad weather- cold and rainy but that only made us want to return when we could enjoy it even more.

This cabin was absolutely fantastic! Sparkling clean and completely secluded with minimal cell service (just what we wanted) but WiFi was available if you needed it. There were DVDs, board games and everything you could possibly need to aid in cooking! Just about 40 minutes from tons of outdoor activities in Ponca, the Ozark mountains and Buffalo national river/forest! The gravel road leading to the cabin was even fine for our smaller sedan, although with any bad weather crossing the low creeks could’ve been a problem! Thanks again, we can’t wait to come back!

Secluded. Serene. Relaxing. Quiet. If you want to get away from it all, this is the cabin for you! Our family enjoyed unplugging for a few days at this amazing gem in the woods. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'd need to feel at home. Beds are comfy (master bed is extremely firm). We enjoyed the board games and DVDs that are provided. The best part of this rental is the beautiful creek that runs right through the property. If you have kids, make sure they bring rain boots to go exploring!

Very nice cabin! Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The drive up to the cabin is quite the adventure! Grocery store and liquor store both a short drive away.

Clean quarters, comfortable furnishings & bedding, wooded mountain privacy yet close enough to town for forgotten items or strolling the shops. Easy access to the Buffalo River. Kitchen stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes. There was even ice already in the freezer. The bunk beds were as comfortable for adults as they would be for children. Front porch comfy for conversations into the night. A lovely spot to get away and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature. Just what we were looking for. Fulfilled our needs.

This place is almost on top of a mountain and the views are great (which also helps with cell phone signal). The place is immaculate and well thought out for a family vacation. It is just far enough from town to be in the country , but close enough to run to the store in town if you need anything. The fire ring outside was a great hang out area for our family. We visited Kyles landing and stopped by Triple Falls . Also went to Paige falls and Broadwater hollow on the same day. All kid friendly hikes as we have a 3 and 7 year old. We also went to dine at Ozark Cafe on our way Hawksbill crag. Lost Valley was close at this time , as it is another kid friendly hike and cave our family loves. We got to see the Elk on Boxley valley before getting to Ponca. Mystic caverns were really close by , and definitely worth to check the formation. All in all this area is an Arkansas classic .

My group had a great time staying here. The cabin was comfy and the common areas were spacious, which was great for spending quality time together. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and cookware, so we were able to prepare lots of meals there. Located between Jasper and Harrison, it is a bit isolated, but that was perfect for us—the beautiful scenery and hiking nearby made that totally worth it. The cabin does not have internet access, though, so if you are planning on being in need of that during your trip, you may want to find a place in Jasper (about 10 minutes away) to frequent that has WiFi.

What a great place. It was roomy, clean, in a very quiet location. Jim was a top notch host. Can be a bit hard to find in the dark but, if you follow coordinates in the profile, it will take you right to the cabin.

Great location & great hospitality! When we first arrived in Harrison, our GPS sent us on a wild goose chase out in the boonies of Arkansas. Jim promptly called me & carefully walked me through step by step how to get to the cabin. He didn’t hang up until he knew we had reached the drive way & we really appreciated it! The main highway that Murray road is off of is under construction until May so it’s very easy to miss the turn as there are no road signs. We found it best to type in 65 & Murray Road to get us to where we needed to be! The cabin was far enough away from light pollution that we had a completely black sky full of stars! Just a quick 15 minute drive to restaurants and Walmart - 35 minutes to Jasper to some great hiking! We can’t wait to come back with our friends & family and explore more hiking the area has to offer. This cabin can easily sleep 7 people with room to not feel cramped! We loved it!

My sister and I decided to take a small weekend trip. This cabin is just what we needed! Its absolutely beautiful! Jim was very friendly and helped us with any questions we had. I highly recommend this stay if you are looking for a quiet getaway.

What a lovely place to stay! My husband and I recently spent a weekend at the Carriage House. We have stayed at Christine's English Cottage in the past and had a delightful time. So we were excited to stay at their newest place, the Carriage House. It met all our expectations. This is a great place to stay if you are looking to getaway to relax and reconnect. We enjoyed walking the grounds and taking photos. The firepit was a perfect place to spend part of our afternoon and evening. Mrs. Patty brought us fresh cream and made a suggestion for dinner at DeVito's in town. My husband had one the best steaks ever at DeVitos. He said that he would drive three hours just to eat there. We look forward to another visit in the future. Thank you for a delightful stay!

Don’t hesitate to book this place! Great spot for our family to spend a weekend. It’s not too far from town and the views are unbelievable!! We really enjoyed being able to grill on the back porch and sit around the fire pit as the sun set behind the mountains. It also feels very private and was super quiet, with an occasional “moo” from one of the cows in the farm below. The cabin is stocked with everything you could need, including kitchen and shower supplies. The bed was also super comfortable. Nothing negative to say, we loved staying here!

This cabin was perfect for a short getaway for me and my husband! The view out the back porch is incredible, and the cabin is secluded yet is easily accessible from the main road. Very clean and orderly, with a thoughtful touch from housekeeping. Other than wishing we had layered up with an extra blanket while we slept, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay at Hansen's River Basin Cabin. It was cozy and nice with an incredible view. From the cabin, we easily visited both the Hawk's Bill and Glory Hole hikes in this gorgeous area of the Buffalo River.

Great place for a pit stop or a quick getaway. Suits a couple or a family of 5. It a cute place and kinda comes out of nowhere. The owner had decorated for Christmas and was a nice touch. I would like to see the garden and grounds in the summer time. The pine trees were nice in the winter.

Thia place is beautiful. And so relaxing. Spacious (except bathroom). Nice porches to sit on upstairs. Can watch sunset from one of them. Beautiful grounds. At night the moon and stars appear on be so close. Loved night sky gazing.

The best of all worlds... quiet and secluded, yet convenient to town and day trips (Branson, Buffalo River, and even Blanchard Springs Caverns). Watching the sun rise over the prairie with Ozark Mountain vistas in the background made morning coffee worth getting up early. The villa was ideal for a long overdue weekend getaway.

This was a wonderful place! Hansen was also very fast to respond with every question I had. We had a wonderful time and the view from the porch was just incredible! We went hiking nearby in Pruitt and there were tons of resources in a binder at the house that had suggestions in it that really helped us find out what was nearby. :) thanks again Hansen! The Hillside Country Cabin was perfect for a weekend get-away! Justin is an awesome host and was super helpful from the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. The view's we enjoyed from the from porch will not soon be forgotten. Totally recommend this place!

Cabin is well decorated. It has all the amenities. We had a wonderful stay here.

We loved our time at this cabin! Me and my Mom come to this area every year for a Mother/daughter getaway....this beautiful cabin moved to the top of our list!! Justin was very quick with response to any questions. Brownies and fruit were a very thoughtful gesture as were many other touches throughout the cabin. Our only disappointment was the weather, cold and rainy, so we couldn’t enjoy the outside areas. We look forward to returning next year!

This cabin was perfect for our family of 5 adults. Everything is clean and like new and well-stocked. We particularly loved the quiet remote location and birdwatching. There were fresh made brownies and fruit for us when we arrived. You will not be disappointed! Bobby H

This was our 2nd time to stay at ‘The View’ and we had a great time! It was so peaceful and quiet and we slept great! The only thing we regret is that we didn’t have more time to stay longer!

We were expecting to stay one night but once we arrived. Within an hour we booked a second night. It is a really good price for what you get. We went there for the amazing hiking that is literally a couple miles down the road. We were not disappointed at all.

Our stay at The View was amazing! Utah was extremely quick to respond and very helpful. The cabin is quaint, clean, and set apart from others, making for a very tranquil experience. We especially enjoyed the small outdoor fire pit overlooking the beautiful mountain scenery. It’s close to many different hiking trails and nature excursions. It was perfect for what we were looking for and we had a great time. I would definitely recommend this place to couples or families looking to get away for a while.

We spent a couple days here and it was great. The front porch has an amazing view and its really close to all the trails in Ponca. We were super happy and will definitely come back.

Such a beautiful place to stay! It has the best view, and they provide everything needed and more. Thus place is very private. There is coffee available and a great little fire pit. We used the propane grill and the charcoal one as well. Both worked great. VERY clean. We used heat probably for the first time in the season because it got down to freezing, and we were very cozy. All around we had a wonderful stay!

The View at Compton is wonderful. It’s exactly as advertised and wonderfully close to a great National Park with a great deck, nice property and very comfortable. Utah is a great Host.

We were able to squeeze in last minute, thanks to Utah being extremely responsive and flexible! The view was beautiful, we really enjoyed watching the sunset off the deck. Everything was comfy and it was close to the Buffalo River Area.

The log cabin was beautiful and comfortable. It was furnished with everything we needed for our stay, and hope we have the opportunity to stay there again.

This vacation cabin and host exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful and well stocked with necessary essentials. Driveway motorcycle and there was plenty of parking for our truck, trailer, and motorcycles. It was the perfect base camp for all the motorcycle routes. Oh and the decor is awesome, we loved this cabin!!!!!

Great place! Very clean and well kept up. Didn’t realize the house was right on a busy country highway so we weren’t expecting the noise of passing trucks but the backyard view of the pasture was very nice in the evenings.

Elisa and Bob were extraordinary hosts with everything you could possibly need in their cabin. It was comfortable and a perfect place for me and my family. They provided extra little touches to make us feel welcome. We hope to go back and stay again.

The place was great. Had great views and amenities. Fully stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed a hike near Ponca, a couple trips to Harrison for some amazing Mexican food. We enjoyed the fire pit both nights, used the grill on the deck. I was chilly, otherwise we would have definitely enjoyed the screened in porch. Lots of natural light with the large windows to enjoy the view. Great place and is very secluded.

We stayed for 4 nights, cooked all of our meals in this great kitchen, and went out hiking and exploring the area every day. Great location, great price, great view! King bed was comfortable. Wish we were there during warmer weather to use the beautiful outdoor room but staying in December you avoid the crowds. Estee was prompt, attentive and courteous! 20 min to Ponca / Centerpoint Trailhead / Buffalo River. Thank you for making your place within my price range Estee!!

This is a wonderful little cabin full of amenities and in the perfect location to hike around the Ozarks. The kitchen is full of utensils and appliances such as a coffee machine and even a slow cooker! There wasn't a single bit of kitchenware that we needed to bring. There seven beds in the cabin: four downstairs (bunk beds, 2 pull out couches) and three upstairs (2 queens, 1 futon). All of them are very clean, and there are plenty of pillows. There are stairs to get to the upstairs, but they are pretty steep. If you have small children, it might be better if they use the outside stairs or not go upstairs at all. Kathy also provides a guide in the form of a binder that lets travelers know about all the things that are available in the area. This is super helpful especially if you're looking for something to eat or an activity the day of. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Kathy's cabin was a great find, and we look forward to staying there again.

This place was wonderful! We went for an early anniversary trip and were pleasantly surprised. We stay in the area a lot but this was our first time renting from Kathy. She had everything we needed and then some. It was very clean, the beds were super comfy, the kitchen was fully furnished with spices and cooking necessities. We aren't use to that. Normally we would arrive at a destination just to see that they had the bare necessities and would have to go buy stuff at the closest store. NOT HERE! It was wonderful to see everything we needed and be able to just kick back and relax! We loved it and hope to go back again. The one thing I wasn't fond of was the really steep stair case but everything else made up for it. Definitely recommend!!!

This is the perfect getaway! Plenty of trails to see, the views from this place are awesome. Everything in the house is labeled and easy to understand all of the rules of the house. I will definitely be coming back to marble falls! Absolutely gorgeous!

Kathy’s place was wonderful! The whole house was extremely clean, the amenities were wonderful and the beds were very comfortable! Just a heads up, if you’re a warm sleeper one of the the upstairs rooms (without patio) may be a bit warm in the summer but with the fan provided I was pretty comfortable. Also, the local activities that were included in her binder were great- the coupon for Mystic Caverns was amazing! Definitely check it out if you stay!

We were looking for a quite slightly removed location and Kathy's place was perfect - quite, but an easy drive to groceries and the park areas. The place was extremely cute and well decorated for being in such a rustic area which we really appreciated. The little touches of hospitality were unexpected and greatly appreciated. A wonderful place to spend your time! I loved going there and being able to relax and clear my mind. The hills and forests surrounding the area were beautiful and the cabin was even better than I expected. The dogs that lived on the owners property were so sweet too!

We loved our stay at the Red Cabin. Beautiful setting; clean, cozy cabin, and if there is anything you forgot to bring, Kathy has probably already supplied it for you, from iphone chargers to cosmetic cleansing wipes to supplies for S'mores, (there is a great little fire pit in front of the cabin. The Marble Falls restaurant is just up the hill in the back of what looks like a large empty building; great food and friendly people there. We appreciated the coffee bar and Tim Ernst guidebooks that were at the cabin as well. Kathy is an outstanding hostess-we would definitely choose this property again!

The red cabin is in a beautiful spot near the Buffalo River not far from Harrison, AR. It's a bit of a drive to get to some of the most well-known spots along the Buffalo, but that's part of the charm, as that whole area is full of natural beauty. The drives are enjoyable. We also saw deer both days at the cabin, and enjoyed how relaxing and peaceful it was there. Everything we needed for a great weekend. Thanks, Kathy!

The Majestic @ Heather Hills cabins was an incredible find for my wife and I as we got away from it all for our 19th Anniversary. Finding the turnoff will sneak up on you - we had to turn around and come back (no big deal). The road getting there is a gravel road as it is off the main road, and be prepared to climb a fairly steep hill as you come to the cabin - my little Ford Taurus made it up just fine. We got to the cabin and found it just as described and pictured. It was brand new (I think we were only the 3rd group to stay. All wood interior and exterior - a very nice from deck with a wooded view and porch swing. It was just the two of us, but it would be perfect for us to bring our 4 daughters with us as the second bedroom has a full size (maybe Queen) bed and a set of twin bunk beds. Our queen sized bed was comfortable and there master bath was very good sized with a large 2 person Jacuzzi and the oversize barn door to the bathroom is really cool. It was furnished very nice - the kitchen has stainless appliances and is stocked with plenty to cook and make coffee, etc. (Of course you need to bring your own food). The location is great. It out of town, but close if you need to make a run. Jasper is only 7 miles away with a couple of really nice restaurants and Harrison is only about 20 min. north if you need to stock up at Wal-mart or Aldi's, etc. You aren't far from floating, incredible hiking, historic homesteads, etc. We plan to bring our family back in Oct. to see the leaves, do some hiking to waterfalls and hope to catch the Elk in Boxley Valley.
