Part of our brief to the architects was to design a part of the home where our guests could have complete privacy and feel spoilt . It has become a sanctuary for many people . Recently our local renowned Interior Designer has visited the apartment . The result is spectacular and calming . Quality furniture is enhanced by soft furnishings from Adairs. Professionally laundered bed linen adds to the sense of luxury.

Blackman’s Bay Villa

Welcome to the Blackmans Bay Villa. A private escape at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Our beautiful Villa has two spacious bedrooms both with queen size beds. A seperate bathroom, with rain shower and bath tub plus seperate toilet. The light filled Villa soaks up morning and afternoon sunshine, with a quiet and tranquil courtyard it’s the perfect way to enjoy. 2 mins drive to blackmans bay beach 5 mins to Kingston beach and Kingston town and 12 mins to Hobart CBD. It’s the perfect escape.

Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.
