We have been gradually renovating and revitalising the property (currently in progress), including features such as the whitewashed earthen walls and the natural Kenji bamboo fencing.Originally an old house opened as an almost 100% inbound accommodation.We are conducting a semi open-air bath in the interior of the warehouse and renovation work centered around the water. ■ Soothing moss garden ■ There are front yards, courtyards, back gardens, and three moss gardens, and well water flows everywhere, and there are hand-water bowls, rapids, deer, creeks running between flying stones, and pot ponds, including koi, medaka, tanago, and river shrimp, and a biotoping space where wild birds live. ■ Chick-in lounge (cafe/bar space), souvenir corner ■ You can drink authentic cocktails on the first floor of the main building.There are souvenir corners such as overseas imported interior miscellaneous goods/accessories/natural stones/charms such as Bali.

There is a separate indoor bath from the Hinoki bath, but the view of Setouchi and the starry sky from the Goemon bath, heated with firewood, is the best. If you're lucky, you'll see artificial satellites and meteors. The water heated by firewood never gets cold. It warms you from the core of your body. The bedding is specially ordered from a long-established bedding manufacturer in Kyoto, and the bath invites you to relax your body and mind and sleep soundly. Most guests say they sleep well. During the day, you might want to spend some time in the lounge filled with houseplants. Enjoy the sunlight shining through the trees from the skylight. If you request at least a week before your stay, we can prepare local food from Oshima Island and seasonal food that we can get through a special route.
