Located in the countryside less than 2 hours from PARIS, 20 minutes from ÉTRETAT, the proximity of FECAMP will offer you the opportunity to enjoy the city center (less than 5 minutes), its beach and the sea (10 minutes) as well as its Fisheries Museum. The south-facing house is built on a partially enclosed 3000 m2 wooded lot.

Le Clos du Manoir is a comfortable 36 m² cottage located on the 1st floor, accessible by private access. Its equipped kitchen, open to the living room, bathroom and independent 12 m² bedroom, offer you a pleasant space and a cozy atmosphere. A furnished terrace on the ground floor of the building is available with garden furniture and BBQ. You have an indoor heated pool with a reservation schedule.
