It has stunning views of Mount Wellington, the city of Hobart and beyond to the Derwent River. It is a seven minute drive to the waterfront, Salamanca or North Hobart. Seaview has been thoughtfully styled with a mix of antique and modern furniture to blend the federation home and Japanese inspired extension. It is a unique property.

Tiny Historic Cottage - Central New Norfolk

Eliza’s Cottage is a unique self-contained space. A miniature 1820’s Georgian cottage (expect to feel the stature of Gandalf). It has historical charm with modern conveniences. A 20min drive to MONA, 30min drive to Hobart, 2min walk to the popular shops on Stephen St, New Norfolk (Black Swan books/coffee, Miss Arthur, The Drill Hall), around the corner from the Agrarian Kitchen Eatery, and a short drive to wineries and Mount Field National Park.
