Welcome to the city. Our apartment is located in the center of Rostock in a commercial building on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Right between City Hall and Universitätsplatz. Supermarket, bakery, restaurants, steakhouse, cinema, church, museum and street cafes are in the immediate vicinity. The city harbor is about 10 minutes away on foot. The University of Music and Theater 8 min. The approximately 115sqm maisonette apartment can be reached via 2 flights of stairs.

Studio with bicycles and SUP in the former Konsum

Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the nearby city, the city harbor or the beach. The apartment has great transport links and is still very quietly situated.

Located in the city center of Rostock, near the University of Rostock Philosophical Faculty, Medical Chamber of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and the evening gymnasium Rostock. Only 450 m (about 7 min. by foot) from Rostock Central Station. Within walking distance are an Edeka (250 m), the Cafe Paula (80 m) where you can also have breakfast. Beautiful furnished room in a quiet area

A nice, cozy room awaits. There you will find a bed, couch, wardrobe, TV and a small sitting area. The blanket is oversized. There is no kitchen. For small meals, appropriate dishes are available as well as a kettle, fridge and a hot plate for you. You use the bathroom with shower alone. We could rarely meet in the hallway. I can also offer you a bike. If necessary, you can check in in the morning.
