Supermarket, bakery, restaurants, steakhouse, cinema, church, museum and street cafes are in the immediate vicinity. The city harbor is about 10 minutes away on foot. The University of Music and Theater 8 min. The approximately 115sqm maisonette apartment can be reached via 2 flights of stairs.

Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the nearby city, the city harbor or the beach. The apartment has great transport links and is still very quietly situated.
