This was my 2nd stay and it was better than the 1st. I love the location and the cozy feel of the loft style apartment. Very quiet and easy to get in out of. Would highly recommend a stay for business to pleasure. Great host and great rates!! Easy to communicate with quick response time. Even a gate to make the stay feel more warm. Will be back for sure!

Clean, pleasant, accomadated and very convenient to visit Fort Sill base. Apartment was always toasty/ warm and of course they left the light on for us. :)

We had a great stay at Susannas's Place. Location was great and the house has plenty of open space, it is very roomy. We enjoyed having Netflix on the TV. Beds were very comfortable, they seemed more of full size and not queen as listed, but it was not a huge deal. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking which we did twice. Very cute place to stay for the night. We enjoyed! Thank you.

Jonathan is so nice and did not treat me like just some stranger that’s staying in his house for the night. I loved the location of his home, safe and quiet neighborhood. The room was large and he kept the temperature low. I recommend anyone to stay with him.

What an amazing existence. If you ate looking for a place in Duncan, you really can't do any better. Traci is fantastic and incredibly accommodating. Will definitely be back.

Traci is incredible. She was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. She is also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was extremely helpful. The place was very clean & cozy we had all of the necessities from extra blow up mattress, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, body wash, iron, plenty of pots and pans for cooking, bbq grill, fire pit, games & even a closet full of toys for the kiddies..... I really could go on and on. You name it(or forgot yours at home) and it was there. Traci has you covered 100%! And the backyard was just as welcoming as the interior of the home. Just all around perfect for any stay in Duncan. Will not even consider a hotel the next time we are in town....this truly is a home away from home!

My mom and I had planned to stay at Maria's while we were in town for my son's AIT graduation. Leading up to our anticipated departure, Maria was staying in touch with weather updates as the area was expecting some inclimate weather. Unfortunately, the snow caused our flight to be cancelled and we were unable to make it into town. Without hesitation, Maria asked for the details of the graduation ceremony and said she would try to make it. This incredible human made it to my son's graduation and sent me videos and pictures of my son, and even a selfie of the two of them 🥰 Knowing someone was physically present to support my son when I couldn't be there made all the difference. Based on the exemplary service Maria provided us when we weren't even able to visit, I can only imagine how delightful it is to actually stay at her place. She will definitely be my go to airbnb if I ever have the opportunity to come to town again.

Maria and Monica (+ the dogs) are great hosts! The bed- and bathroom are super clean, the bed is very comfortable and the hosts provide lots of extras. I would recommend this place 100% (Especially if you’re visiting the fort sill base!)

An excellent place to stay if you are ever in Duncan. The place was excellent, clean, spacious, and fit our needs. It had all the amenities that we needed and it made our stay in Duncan awesome.

I want to start off first by saying Teresa & Dave are absolutely the best host anyone could ask for. I travel for work across the us and I wish I could pick them up and take them and the house with me. They are the amazing people. They don’t get in your bussiness. They will notify you ahead of time and make arrangements if they need to go into the house for any reason. I can’t say enough good things about them. Very honest people. I will be booking the remainder of my stay after the new year with them as well. Thanks Lindsey

So much room, comfy beds, and amazing hosts. Quiet property in a great location just off the bypass. Quick responses from the hosts to answer any questions. Snacks were a great touch and they offered to restock plenty of times throughout my stay. Safe and hassle free stay.

The Manor has an abundance of space! My friends and I couldn’t believe how large it was. The house was so clean and so well put together. It’s just minutes from town but far enough away from the bustle of town. There’s a great common space and plenty of room to relax and enjoy the company. We felt so safe as well!

This house was awesome! We had a great experience. Perfect for our family hunting trip. The garage space was great for all our gear to keep it safe and not inside the house space. Just a wonderful space!! It was spotless and served our purpose above and beyond our expectations. The back yard area was very cool and where we spent most of our time. All the beds were very comfortable and we plan on using This property again in the future many times if possible. It’s super convenient and close to everything we needed ... the garage was a bonus as we could keep our gear secure and out of the way. Just super !!!

Very tiny place near Fort Sill and main commercial street in Lawton. The house is very homey, though the neighborhood looks a bit worrisome. Easy check-in, easy entrance, comfortable.

Cozy little apartment right next to the regular portion of the hotel. Complete with a nice little lawn/garden out front, plenty of parking, and a view out over a large field in the back. Very nice small town feel, but there is also a dollar general directly across the street should you need anything!

The place and price is great. Host was ontop of everything will stay again when in the area.

This is the perfect get away spot or a place to stay in quiet if for some reason you are working in the Chickasha Ok or surrounding areas. The home is beautiful and every little detail is dialed in .. A great value and a sleepy little home in the middle of the country.

Beautiful home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were taken back at all the extra touches. From the comfortable beds, tea/coffee/hot chocolate and marshmallow, to all the bathroom supplies and wax warmers, it felt just like home. Everything was beautifully clean and tidy.

Gerardo and Cecilias place was clean and spacious, and the garage was nice to have. The hosts were very quick to respond and let us check in early! Great place at a very good price, if we are ever in the area we will be staying again :)

This was my first experience using Air BNB, and I was very skeptical. I needed accommodations to attend my daughter's graduation from Boot Camp at Fort Sill. This is an important event, and I wanted the privacy and comfort that a home can provide. Thank you so much Gerardo, for being quick to communicate, making check in/out easy, and providing a clean home for my family. I would recommend this host and this property for future traveler's looking for similar accommodations.

Great host!

Super close to the Key Gate entrance at Fort Sill(like 10 minutes). We had pretty everything we needed in the kitchen to cook for our family. Loved the family atmosphere! Would recommend and stay again if the need arises!

Very comfy and beautiful place. About 20-25 mins away from the ft sill base. Our soldier was able to travel to the fletcher area and he was dying for a home cooked meal thanks to the bbq grill he was able to have his requested meal. Everything is amazing especially at night with clear skies you are able to see the stars. Will be renting again when we come back to visit. Please be advised that this is outside the perimeter of where new soldiers on day pass can travel...That being said, it was a great stay at a great price, and I highly recommend staying here!

I recommend that place!

This place is marvellous! The house is cozy, clean and very well-decorated. The rooms are very charming. There are candles everywhere and, 4 days after, sheets and towels are still smelling. Maria is incredible, she's so welcoming that looks like you know her for ages. We also met the co-host Monica, that is super sweet. At the end of the stay, we almost forgot that we didn't live there. This place isn't just a Bnb, it's a complete (and lovely) experience.

It's nice place. I can relax so much. And thanks to host for kindness.

This place is great! The photos on the listing do this place no justice. We were absolutely blown away. So beautiful and quaint and just right. It’s rural but, still close to everything including the turnpike and shopping and dining. Our hosts were great too.

This is the best place to stay in Lindsay. It will be the first place I try to book when coming back to Lindsay. I was long term, it would be great for short term travelers as well. Quite, close to everything, clean and nice. Plus great hosts that go above and beyond for your comfort and well being!

So relaxing and comfortable being at this house! Great indoor space, and it’s hard to beat the time spent with Gumball the dog and all of the various farm animals around the property. Second time our group has been here and we love it!

Our visit to Shady Oaks Farm was just perfect!! It is Charming, inviting, cozy and perfect for any family Big or Small!! Everything we needed was available. The hosts were very welcoming from the first inquire to the end. Looking forward to staying at this property again in the future!!

Our family came to Duncan for a wedding. Needed a place to house 12 of us and this fit the bill! Very comfortable home. The little ones had lots of things to do. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

This is a lovely farm home with 4 bedrooms (one in the basement and 3 on the second level) that easily accommodated our three family group. The two bathrooms are set up with dual sinks available outside of the tub/shower/toilet rooms. This allows easier morning prep. The comfortable rocking chairs on the back patio overlook the corral with goats, piggies, hoses and chickens. The farm dog is precious and fit in well with our group. It's about a 35 minute drive to Ft. Sill base and has a Walmart about 6 minutes away for last minute shopping. The dining room table easily seats 8-10 people and has a "kid table" for 3 more. The livingroom is equally spacious. It's a very relaxing retreat.

Clean and inexpensive. This is a great place of you are on a budget. It is half a mile from the FT SILL visitor center. If you are going to visit your soldier for BCT or AIT graduation it's perfect. Local food and shopping are close and there bars, restaurants and a liquor store within 3 blocks.

Maria's place is wonderful. Comfortable bed, immaculate, close to Fort Sill. Maria was out of town, but Monica was very nice, fun to chat with, makes a great pot of coffee and made me feel at home. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. I felt completely safe. Highly recommend it! Five stars is not enough.

Our stay at Maria’s home was such a wonderful experience! Maria and Monica were so nice and made us feel welcome from day one. Everything was perfect: our bed was super comfortable; the shower was beautiful and spacious; hot coffee and tea in the cute kitchen was pleasant; the massage chair was amazing; and the fur babies were so good and sweet. The home is very clean (we couldn’t tell that pups live there until we saw them the second day). The location is conveniently close to Fort Sill. Our kind hosts also provided recommendations to some wonderful local restaurants. We highly recommend staying at this home!

I’ve always believed that you can never go poor by giving and Maria and Monica are rich in heart and wealthy in class. I felt like family the moment I stepped foot in the house. The home was neat and spacious. There was another guest but I hand plenty of room to get work done and enjoy a nice conversation with the host. The customer service here is unmatched and I wish I could go into great detail about it. Unfortunately, I am short winded and this is way too much!
